Got there having been let down by EuropCar. The service was excellent and helpful. They managed to make a vehicle available for a couple of hours, at a very busy time for them, which was just right for us.
Good job Enterprise Car Hire you were amazing.

Had an absolutely awful experience with this company!! First time I have ever had to use a rental car and I'm hoping the last!! As has happen to many others.. they decided four days after I have returned the car to phone me to say they are charging me £200 for a tyre which they apparently had to change. Said it should be £300 but they doing me a favour just charging me £200!! I did email them to provide with evidence and they decided to ignore my emails but 2 weeks later they charge me £60 for fuel charge!!
When I complained about this, the manager called me but was just useless and wasting my time. £60 to fill a ford half tank I don't think so. SCAMMERS

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. Their previous management was good, but since their new manager Llyndon came on, standards have gone down. We were given a cheaper car than the one we had paid. The manager promised to refund us back the difference, but we did not receive it, even after many attempts at calling their office. It appears that this is a common occurrence, based on other ppl's posts. You've been warned.

I went there yesterday to collect a van and it was time of their closure. I assume the assistant that helped me was a shift supervisor took extra care of me despite being after their normal working hours and I left happy with much better deal that I initially paid for. Highly recommended rental shop
