Peter and Company was super friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. I needed my home theater living room set up (Tv mounted with the concealed wires/cable behind wall look, sound set up, cable box, gaming console etc). They did all that with much attention and care and it looks great! They were very informative and answered all the questions I had. They accommodated my schedule and came to my place for a personal consult to talk about different options for set up. I am very happy with the work they did and would strongly recommend them!

My job was for a newly built custom home. We originally had another AV/Automation company, but felt oversold by them. Based on word-of-mouth we switched over to Zen Wire. In the end we ended up getting a security system, camera system, and AV wiring/mounting from Zen.
The quality of the work was excellent. There were multiple challenges with our build, including mounting a sound bar and TV on a custom exposed concrete wall. Peter took a piece of the concrete to his shop to experiment on it to ensure he could do the job without damaging our wall.
Ours was a multiday job, and they left our house immaculately clean at the end of each day. Very impressed with the professionalism of Peter and his crew. I would recommend Zen to anyone without reservation, and would definitely use them again for any future projects.

We recently purchased a home and had the very good fortune to deal with Peter for our install. I had some fairly specific needs for my A/V room, alarm system and home theatre needs and he was able to seamlessly integrate everything and put everything together in a way that actually exceeded the expectations I had in my head.

Not only that, but he helped troubleshoot and fix multiple issues from the builder and prior contractors and truly went out of his way to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. I would highly recommend his services and if i could give six stars out of five I would!

I'm a DIY guy and have enjoyed doing business with Zenwire. It's a highly professionnal and no BS shop. Very knowledgable people. I have bought a full security system and even though I'm from out of province, support was only a phone call away. Had a defective unit (it happens), did phone diagnostics with them, then a replacement unit was shipped next day. A week later, had a follow-up call from them just to make sure everything was OK. Wish other companies would copy their customer attention.
