Never answers their phones and the rep had kids in the background, kept talking over me and giving me attitude. I was on hold for over 40 minutes and she kept telling me to just fill out my paper instead of actually helping me. I am not one to be rude, so she was just plain rude to me, very unprofessional.

I give them zero stars! Government at its finest...too busy doing nothing to answer their phones. I am in desperate need of help and can't get one live person to explain myself. So if something happens to me know that human services didn't do their job. They're too damned lazy to even answer the freaking phone. Even the receptionist line goes straight to voice-mail. Keep up the great work. NOT!!!!
