DONT even waste your time. Sure Penn has great doctors but it’s honestly not worth it! Being pregnant and needing care is like a joke here. You’ll be waiting 1hr + just to see the doctor, not to mention U have to pay for parking!! The longer they make u wait the more money u pay! They’ll throw u with any doctor, they are all over the place with scheduling, nurses and doctors uneducated when it comes to programs and services offered. Front desk ppl gossip all day! Doctors don’t show any compassion they just are trying to move to the next patient, they’ll force their opinion on you although you don’t ask. Honestly the worst experience ever and I wish I would’ve found a better doc ob office with a doc that cared more. Trust me your better off going else where & just delivering at Penn hospital! Btw they offer free parenting classes but it’s like pulling teeth getting info & they’ll blame you and say you’re supposed to look into it but they ARE! They’re supposed to give resources! Like I said DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE if you want a good maternity experience!

I wouldn't recommend anyone whose pregnant to attend this clinic. First everyone is so very unprofessional and unpleasant. They are rude and not welcoming. I called to make an appointment for my prenatal beings though I'm 31 weeks and they put me on hold for 5 minutes then Evelyn (the lady who makes the appointments) said she needed to transfer me to billing, ( I was confused and agreed) this other lady came on so rude! And said that I had a balance from my previous pregnancy since my other insurance didn't cover the balance it was on me. I explained to her I had no idea I had a second insurance, her being cold and heartless wasn't trying to understand and I explained to her that I will not be able to pay this beings though I am not working right now. She replies, "well, I guess you can't come to your appointments." Who says this to a almost full term pregnant lady ? No other doctors office will take me because I'm too far along so now I just have to live guessing that my child will be ok?! Unacceptable! I hope their higher ups take her threat to me serious. I hate this place and the way they treat people.

This hospital is the worst I would never recommend this OBGYN Office To Anyone. Every time I come here i’m always waiting hours to be seen because they forget that people are in rooms. How do you forget a patient is waiting for you in one of your rooms? Ridiculous. The lady only knew I was in there because they needed an empty room for ANOTHER Patient Who Is ALSO Waiting. Backed Up Much? Never Again.
