I had the misfortune of working with WLS and their boss Emerson, and I can't stress enough how disappointed I am. From the start, their communication was non-existent; it took ages to get any response, and when I did, it was usually vague and unhelpful.

The legal advice I received was not only unclear but often incorrect. They seemed more interested in billing hours than actually resolving my issues. Deadlines were routinely missed, leaving me in a lurch during critical times.

To top it all off, their customer service was dismissive and unprofessional. I felt like just another number, not a valued client. I wouldn’t recommend Westminster Legislation Service to anyone looking for competent legal assistance. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

And to top it off their Boss seems like a horrible person to work with and work for from what I heard from the colleagues

What an incredible service! Applied and paid for the service 2 July, received scanned copies 19 July and successfully received my physical documents through DHL express 23 July. I highly recommend their services. If only attestation in South Africa could be this quick and reliable 😅(been waiting for over a month to get my qualifications attested). Westminster Legalisation helped me navigate, notarise, and apostille an important document for my son. The document was not only time-sensitive but also a little complicated. Not only did they expertly advise me on the most useful and speedy solution, but they (Michelle and Jesiel) were super charming and helpful, answering all my questions like nothing was a problem. I had very little idea about the process, but we got what I needed done in the least amount of time (3 days) and for the best price. They also pointed out issues that may have come up with the document, which needed to be rewritten by the lawyer who had created it. Excellent service from Westminster Legalisation Services. I dropped off my ACRO police clearance certificate at 10am on a Tuesday, paid £88 and got it back with the Apostille at 3pm the next day. Thank you Westminster Legalization! 🙏

The Scottish GRO sent me the wrong birth certificate and after some delay in getting the right one, I had to get it legalised in a hurry as the Gov.uk site had a minimum 25 working days waiting time. I checked all of the companies listed on the Legalisation Service Gov.uk website for price and processing time (a bit of a chore but worth the effort). Westminster Legalisation Services Ltd came out on top (even though they are near the end of the Gov.uk list) at a very reasonable price for the standard service and only 1 or 2 days for completion. They can do it quicker if you use the express service.
I am glad I used them. They provided a quote and I dropped of the document at their office. Two days later I collected it with Apostille attached.
Their service is superb and their customer service second to none. They deliver as promised at a price that easily beats competitors who charge ridiculous amounts.
Thoroughly recommended, a five star service.
