Great service they were on time for me drivers are friendly no matter what transportation you ride they all fall back it because we got to consider that they’re trying to be safe with my experience patients also need to be ready on the time of there pickup that what makes transportation’s drivers fall back also VIP anytime great service.

Update: 9/30/24 After waiting almost a week for equipment, we canceled with a different provider and VIP was able to have equipment ready to go, SAME Day. I cannot express how grateful my client is and how thankful I am for such excellent service.

VIP NEMT provides excellent service to families, right here in our Valley. I highly recommend utilizing their transportation service.

Just had really BAD Service from this company. The drive from the house to the Dr they dropped us off at the wrong building had to push a manual wheel chair across a horrible uneven parking lot and up a high ramp. Then the ride home the lady tries to help my father in law out if the wheel chair does it incorrectly and lets him slide onto the garage floor. We had to call emergency services to get him up off the floor. I think we should send the bill to them to pay it.

I used VIP to transport my elderly grandmother to all of Dr and dental appointments. The people there are friendly and very efficient. they treat my grandmother with compassion and respect. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.

My overall experience with the drivers has always been excellent. Whoever does the schedule needs to do a better job. Sometimes, the pickup times are a bit of a wait.

The most disorganized company I have ever dealt with! They care nothing for their clients need to make their appointments often life threatening needs such as cancer treatments. And they accept no responsibility and lie repeatedly.They Caused me to miss a vital cancer treatment today when they notified me 20 minute before they were supposed to pick me up that they couldn't make it at all. Do not rely on them!
