My wife and I purchased a Switchback from Vanworks about 6 months ago and could not be more satisfied. The staff was fantastic from the first meeting with Dale when we were still trying to decide exactly what we wanted, to the build process, and the final delivery with Barry.

But what has impressed me even more has been the service after the sale. I live nearby and have stopped by a few times since delivery and the staff is always warm and welcoming. Just recently I found myself with an unrepairable flat tire and needed a replacement. I called Vanworks and spoke with Harlan, the service manager, and he exceeded my expectations with how he helped me out. He got me back on the road and made me feel like a member of the family while doing so. Thanks again Harlan!

I had a van custom built by Vanworks a few years ago. Besides the amazing job they did in building it, their customer service is impeccable. Barry Biss and his team strive for perfection. Even years after owning my van, if something didn't work right or needed to be fixed, they get to the issue and make sure that it's fixed. Barry always takes the time to explain things thoroughly and always makes sure it gets done right. I highly recommend anyone looking to build out a van to use Vanworks. Their customer service above and beyond!

I am extremely disappointed I didn't take pictures of this place. A bunch of cool vans outside and a really nice showroom of products. Found a really nice scratch and dent kitchen base for a hundred dollars. Not that I have been to a bunch of builders stores but this one is really nice.

He had the wheels I was looking for in stock and even offered some innovative payment options! Good shop and people here.

These guys are awesome, I drove from East Tennessee to have them install a new AM slider door window in my Revel, New Fiamma manual awning and 40 gallon fuel tank. Everything was installed with no issues or surprises. The prices were fair, Nate even bought me pizza for lunch while i waited. Highly recommend.
