I called last minute for a reservation and they were able to get me a van for my family with no problem! When I went to pick up, the staff was so friendly and made me feel welcome. I have already recommended people to them. The prices are great and the quality and cleanliness of the vans is 10/10.

I so love these ladies so sweet. Michelle was amazing. My church group needed a van to go out of town in and she made it possible for Tlc to travel. Our rental was great a great success I will go back again and again. Also has sent family and friends to them....let me also say that it was extremely clean and the process was professional and fast. They rock in my book!!!!!

Excellent service. I rented a van to use for a corporate outing and they were easy to schedule. It also greatly helped me out that they were able to do a drop off and pick up. Highly recommend and would certainly use again.

While delivering some service dogs to their new companions my truck broke down. This is where Michelle and Mary Beth saved the day. They rented us a van and even made the it more comfortable for the service dogs and once I told them that one of the dogs Diesel was going to the prom that night with one of the new companions they went and got him a bow tie to wear for the night. They were very professional and polite and made what could have been a bad day into a great time for a lucky young girl.

My husband and I am disabled veterans. This is our experience. We were in disbelief on the service we received.

When i was picked up from Airport in Memphis, Tennessee, the Wheelchair Van had a cracked Windshield from left all the way right. If we were to hit a bump, the whole windshield would have gave so again, this is very unsafe. There was a very disturbing rattling sound in the back That you could only hear when the car was cut on and driving. It sounded like a hammer hitting steel for 21 miles. My wheelchair sat next to it.

When our actual rent a van arrived it came in poor condition.

The ramp was ducktaped with a pillow behind it to keep it secured in place, and a portable ramp was left for me to use.

I payed 5 months in advance to ensure that we would have a good vehicle. It was very unsafe. I almost tipped off the ramp in my wheelchair and had to be assisted by 2 ppl daily on and off. I was locked into the ramp daily 3 or 4 times by 2 ppl again having to lay on the floor to tighten straps that would have been locked comfortably if other side off Ramp would have opened.

Please do better so no one else has this experience.

Michelle offers the most amazing customer service and is thoughtful and kind. I only wish I had found Vans to Go earlier, as I have been using other companies to shuttle my wheelchair bound cousin and me to appointments. I will definitely be renting from here for all my wheelchair van needs going forward! They are the BEST! Thank you so much!

Thanks Vans to go for making my baby’s birthday experience a great one!!! I needed a van that would seat 12 people and they had one available on short notice. Great customer service very friendly. We will most definitely be a returning customer:)
