Staff were helpful with finding shoes and also putting them back. Shoes were buy one get one 50% off! (At least one has to be an orange sticker.) Backpacks are buy one get one free!

I came to this Vans in Vacaville, purchased only one pair of shoes because it was the only size available. And it was the display shoe. So I asked for an associate to get me the other pair. Took about 30 mins to get the pair. Finally get back home which is an HOUR away. Opened the box and see the security tag on the shoe. I called and explained and they said ”oops” and suggested for me to return to the store to take it off. Or go to another vans store. Such an inconvenience, they clearly just wanted to get the sale and get you out.

They have all the shoes buy one pair, get one 50% off. They have all the models and sizes you can imagine!! I have never seen a Vans store with so much variety all at once. I loved it.

Great Vans store. Definitely the best in the bay area. Worth the drive. The blonde girl in the front was so kind and accommodating, she even attempted her best to speak Spanish with my cousin who visiting from out of country just to give her great service, even though I was translating. Will definitely be returning next time I need shoes. Also they have buy 1 shoe and get 50% off on alot of styles. Also have great clothes and accessories. Have worn the clothes for a few weeks and is holding up great. Just wish their no show socks ran a little bigger. They only go up to size 12. Great Vans location. Deals on accessories.

I bought mine and my husbands first pair of Vans from this store. I love oirvVans! Vans are so comfortable which I can not wait to purchase another pair. Besides that, the sale going on before Christmas..Buy one at regular price and get the sale item for half off was a wonderful deal! I purchased only two pair. Had to get the original style for myself and another were Vans collaboration with Ed Hardy. What was I thinking only purchasing two pairs! See you soon Vans store...

I got a couple pairs of slip ons on Monday. I had to come back today because one pair had a mismatch of sizes. And the other pair was a little small. I exchanged both pairs with no problems. Everyone was very nice. I got out very quickly.

Where to start...understanding we were Christmas shopping and it was crowded you would think they would be staffed for the season and employees on their A-game. Not the case. The employees acted as if they would rather not be there. They were holding personal conversations between each other complaining about supervisors and not paying attention to customers. Those on the floor were not helpful. Customers were getting the the register and then asking for help or being ignored lime we were. My husband had to say something after 2 full minutes of standing there while the cashier complained to a coworker in front of us. 2 minutes is a long time to be ignores after standing in line 25 minutes for three people in front of you. Ridiculous!!! NEVER GOING BACK.
