Nous avons louer un van "vango campers" sur Edimbourg pour découvrir les highlands en Ecosse pendant 1 semaine. Ce fut fabuleux et le van indispensable pour ce road trip alliant autonomie, confort et liberté en toute sécurité 🙂

Nous sommes parties un mois avec une amie en Écosse. Le van était très bien, en revanche, la communication avec la personne qui nous a loué le van était très mauvaise. Pendant le voyage, il fallait insister pour recevoir une réponse, la personne avait dit qu’il allait nous donner son numéro pour WhatsApp mais ne nous l’a jamais donné. Nous avons laissé une caution de 700£ et malheureusement, nous avons fait une rayure sur une porte, ce qui devait nous prendre 300£ de la caution. Nous sommes revenues en France le 11 Mars et depuis, nous n’avons toujours aucune trace de l’argent restant de la caution, cela fait 7mois et la personne ne répond pas à nos e-mails.

We went to Scotland with a friend of mine. The van was really great however the communication with the person who rented the van to us was really bad. During our trip, we had to insist to have an answer to our emails, the person said he was going to give us his number for WhatsApp but he never gave it to us.
We left a 700£ deposit and unfortunately, we made a scratch on one door and the person said it was going to cost 300£ (taken from the deposit). We went back to France on March 11th and since then, we don’t have any trace of the money left, it’s been 7 months and the person doesn’t answer any of our emails.

It’s taken me ages to write a review but really wanted to recommend Vango for conversions as Krystian and Jan were brilliant. I took my Citroen Berlingo for insulation, flooring and fitting a fan and diesel heater. The guys gave a full consultation of what was possible and best for my needs, spending time to explain the process and showing me various options for materials - they were really knowledgable and were able to answer all of my many questions. They scheduled the work quickly and all work was completed to a high standard and on time. Communication was great throughout the whole process and total cost was reasonable too! 100% recommend and will definitely be back if I need more work done in future!

We recently booked in our VW Caddy to be converted by Vango Campers and couldn't be happier with the results. The team were amazing from the start, they talked us through our options and showed genuine enthusiasm and excitement about working on our van.

The guys usually work on VW Transporters but really used their imaginations to make best use of the the space we had and came up with some really cool concepts.

We got our van insulated, lined, fitted with full electrics (lights, usb's etc) including a leisure battery. They then designed, built and fitted a unique bed and storage system.

The quality of work and level of service was second to none. Best money I have spent in a long time and I couldn't recommend Filip and his team enough!

I met these guys at the camping and caravan show in Glasgow and it was clear they knew their stuff. I was looking for somewhere to get a pop top roof put into our Vw T6 and was happy to use them. I was not disappointed, the roof they put in is fab, love it, and so well finished! Great service, they have a decent big workshop, I would not hesitate to use them again and would certainly recommend them. ?
