☹️☹️☹️bad car rental experience Alicia is very rude, they don’t send emails of your car rental, the contract is so rinky dink and honestly for what you pay for the car it’s not worth it. the steering was stiff, paint chipped off the hood and the inside had trash behind the seats where magazines would ordinarily go and under the seats. the car had a big whole on the cup holder. these rentals are hood rentals. i called this morning bc they send you nothing in your email to confirm rental as other reputable rental car services do and Alicia when i called and explained to her i’m trying to find where to drop the vehicle, she said you was given a paper and expected to keep up with a piece of paper, i said a paper, i don’t even know where that paper is, i am traveling so i’m thinking you took my email bc you would send me an email with the contract😟 it’s 840 in the morning and this woman is arguing with me about a contract, being condescending, laughing in my ear when i’m asking her not to be rude i have enough on my plate trying to find the information for the location, no she continues to be rude and banter about a single piece of paper for a rental i had to pay 1000 deposit for and 800 for the rental! TRASH SERVICE for the money you pay TRASH VEHICLES for the money you pay. I ask her her name and she was rude and told me should would be there waiting for me. She’s hostile and aggressive, the argumentative nature when ppl are trying and having concerns is giving unhappily working at a job that you project misery onto others. I will never understand why ppl work in jobs with customer service and have no mannerism or etiquette for it. Look at the pictures they are very terrible and this is what they make you pay $1000 deposit for bad vehicles and bad customer service. there is no follow up with an email of the contract. Also ALAMO referred me by the airport, i will speak to their manager as Alamo referred me to this service bc of a hangup with enterprise. The customer service at Alamo had email Alamo manager before he suggest i look at my transaction history to find where the car rental is and then he even Google the number and location for me. NOT EVEN HIS JOB but he did it without a thought and i thanked him dearly for it. There is more then one LaX rental, so be aware. I am definitely letting them know of how this business manages relations referred to them.

The gentleman in the office was there when i arrived and i was so glad he was he was very nice and accommodating and he gave me and my sons a ride back to the airport! he was excellent as well as the check in lady whose name isn’t Alicia was very nice too. Bc of that and only that i will move my one ⭐️ to two ⭐️

My daughter and I showed up having a car reservation at another company. Not only were we treated rather rudely they said they couldn’t rent us a car because I didn’t have a flight booked back. I happened to look over and see LAX Van Rental. They are amazing, friendly, helpful and I totally recommend them. We got a great car! Great service!

Amazing experience, fast quick and easy process. Elderly and handicapped friendly. Mother was able to rent conveniently from the comfort of her home due to mobility issues. Will most definitely use again!

They deserve 0 stars they scam you and give you old car that’s not even safe to drive the worse experience ever in renting a car and they will overcharge you and also will be rude to you when you call them about it this place never again
