We had a terrible experience with Van Rental Los Angeles. While the car itself was fine, the return process and the issues with getting my deposit back made this the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had.

We rented the car from November 14 to 16 and returned it as agreed, dropping the key in the return box 20 minutes before the required time stated in the contract. However, they claimed we returned the car late and charged almost the entire deposit, billing us for five days instead of three.

On top of that, they forced their insurance on us, even though we had our own travel insurance that covered car rentals. This left us paying for double insurance unnecessarily.

This company is either extremely disorganized or outright dishonest. I cannot recommend them to anyone and will never use them again.

I was pleased with the experience and very satisfied with the service. From Wayne at the desk, to the gentleman that helped with the transportation to the airport after all was turned in, my group and I were very happy with it all. I will definitely keep this company in mind for later trips as we come out to LA every year or so. Thanks!

Rented a 15 passenger van. It was filthy and there ants crawling on the dash. All row seats were stained and spill marks everywhere, wires hanging down from the passenger foot area. 2 stars only because pick up and drop off, as well as check in and check out wasn't a pain. If you have large group, plan to pick up/drop off some passengers at the airport because their shuttle service can only pick up a few people.

I can not say enough great things about this business! From the moment we booked it the experience was seamless. I got a phone call right after to verify all info so that we had a smooth process and all would be good to go at time of pick up. A few days before we received verification that all was good, insurance verified and price clarified. We received email instructions on where to go from the airport (exact instructions which were so easy and helpful) got us on the bus to the pick up spot. We met Alex, who drove us to rental location, mind you he pick up our large group of 10 in the van we would be taking so only my husband and I had to get off to sign. We signed, paid, did our walk through and done. In and out in less than 15 min. Van was clean, great condition, we had no issues. Upon return, we did our return walk around and then Alex (who is so amazing, he made us feel like family) drove us and dropped us off at our terminal for our departure. All in all, this is one of the best places to rent from!

Have to say these guys really came through for me. I ran out of options looking around last minute. Prices were as expected for last minute, but they provided a good service and the Van was in good condition. I was pleased overall.

Excellent! We rented a 15 seater van for our drive up to Lake Arrowhead for the weekend. The van was clean and new! The people who helped us were kind and helpful. At drop off we were running a bit behind our scheduled time and they were very kind and patient with us. We will definitely be back!

Happy I found them online their rates are cheaper and the deposit is very cheap compared to other rental companies . I even extended my rental for an extra day with no hassle just one phone call to them. From now on I will be going to them when I need a Van
