Horrible, m friend and I rented a trailer, and had a hitch installed, the hitch as at a different location and was wonderfully accommodating, the mean lady who works here however, complete opposite. She had to change the reservation/contract to friends name since she is the driver, called me just for payment but I'm on the email and get all the information. U have to verify pics, license, damage, she insisted my friend do that, I further insisted for me to do, only because my friend gets frazzled, thank goodness, she relisted the vehicle as an electric instead of a fast n furious 6 speed hatchback ST, I called back to get it corrected and was met with NO, it already left, no changes, but I wanted to ensure my friends safety towing a trailer across country by herself! Had to call cutmer service after being told what she did wrong, because she's not an adult ho can handle her mistakes, even if not correct them, assure safety, GO to Northridge UHaul!!!

Truck was provided dirty and front end was loose needing tie rod ends replaced and/or shocks. Truck bounced all over the road. AC worked but not very well. Return location was a small market in a strip mall who was clueless as to return process saying only his son could do it and he was not there and would not be all day. Had to leave keys and do return over the phone with a U-Haul rep giving mileage and fuel level. Best thing is truck had plenty of power.

Thank you Melanie! I called this location after calling about 12 or 13 other spots. She was the ONLY person who offered to search for vehicles at other locations, and she found exactly what i was looking for. 10/10 for going the extra mile for me when nobody else would. thanks a bunch!

I can think of absolutely nothing you can do to improve for the next customer! This was the best U-Haul experience I have EVER had, including any other seamless ones... it was even better than those! Mainly due to the worker you have there (black guy; was running the front desk during my rental time). Give... Him... A Raise! You've truly got an incredible person working there, which I know is hard to find. Good for you. (Good for me. Good for all of us!) Thanks. Best Location Yet!!

TDLR: UBOX is a scam meant to get as much money out of you and Uhaul is filled with empty promises. Don't bother wasting your money because it'll just be easier to rent any local storage rather than deal with this.

Worst moving experience I've had to deal with. Whenever I've called they've been extremely unhelpful sending me through their extensions without even telling me. The ubox is a scam. They tell you they'll call but didn't call me at any time they've promised. Didn't call when it was on its way. Didn't call when they were coming to pick it up. Didn't call to schedule the delivery which has caused me so many issues. You can't even call to schedule the delivery you have to wait for them to decide that they're in the mood to talk about that and wait for them to call you. By the time i finally got a call after trying to get through to them they told me now my ubox won't be delivered until a week after I move. When I originally called I made sure I could get this delivered on my move in date and they promised me they'd get it to me then but of course with UHaul empty promises is all they can seemingly give. I made sure and asked when I ordered and when the ubox was delivered that there would only be one total Charge and that I wouldn't be charged again to have it delivered to my new house. The caller who I scheduled my original delivery and the driver who dropped the Ubox off with promised me that I wouldn't be charged again and that the original charge was the only charge that would happen. Now after screwing me over they want to tell me they won't be able to deliver it when they promised but if I go through their even more expensive moving help I could maybe find a mover to get it delivered on time. Just another scam to get more money out of me. Once this is done I won't work with Uhaul and especially not the Uboxes again. Can't even go online to schedule this since my reservation number no longer works even though they told me they have it so I'm forced to wait in a hour+ long wait just to have the call dropped after 40 minutes on hold.
