Arrived 30 minutes before my rental was to start and ended up waiting in line for 2.5 hours to simply pick it up. They need to figure out a better way of getting people processed to pick up their rentals. My 2 hour rental actually needed to be back by the time I got the keys for it. I won't be coming here again.

Great lads! They actually went out of their way to save me money on my bill (unlike another U-haul location that found ways to tack on secret charges).

My reservation was for 9am. I got here 10 mins before anticipating a little wait but this was not what I had in mind. It’s currently 10:05 and I still have not gotten my keys. This is completely unacceptable service. People come here with an expected pick up time and as I’m moving today I have people giving up their Saturday to help me. This is disgraceful. One person behind the counter. I won’t be going with uhaul at this location ever again. Let’s see if they try charging me from 9am as well.

I’ve used this specific location 3 times and have nothing but great things to say. Staff is super helpful and patient even though there’s not many of them. Their storage units are very clean, secure and well kept. 10/10 would recommend!

Do not use this company if you have movers scheduled or a time sensitive move as it is absolute chaos when you show up and there is no truck available for you.

I ordered my U-Haul truck a week in advance and recieved an email confirmation. I selected the U-Haul Truck Share 24/7 mobile pick up option as I would be picking up the truck at 7:30am. When I arrived, I followed the steps to check-in and was told my keys had not been left in the lockbox where I was supposed to be picking them up. The location was not open yet so there was no one to speak to. I called the helpline which helped me find another location last minute that had another truck I could use.

Once I got to the secondary location, it was another mobile pick up spot with no employee on-site. They assigned me a truck that was blocked by other trucks and I could not get out. I called them back and they then assigned me another truck, but the gas tank was completely empty. I then had to find a gas station nearby.

This entire process delayed me by 1.5 hrs and I was charged overtime by the movers.

Honestly, a terrible experience when moving is already stressful in itself. It’s clear other people had similar experiences when their reservations were given away. If you want reliable service, use another location. It’s not worth taking the risk that your truck may not be available when you show up to pick it up on moving day.

I arrived and had to input info to an app. Waited five minutes for “approval”. Then. I walked around the building to find my van. Then I had to walk back inside and wait in line for 10 minutes to get my keys. There’s also nowhere to park so good luck finding somewhere on the street in this area. The process cut 45 minutes into my rental time.
