The young lady that checked me out was very nice, can't remember any names. When I returned the truck two days later, the guy cleaning the truck held out his hand to assist me out of the cab. I was so surprised. It really made me smile, he took the keys and told me I was all set. My only concern was that I saw a small roach on the back while I was packed. I would recommend that they spray their trucks as some people may have pest when moving. I checked the rest of the truck and it looked fine. It was not dirty at all, both areas were clean. I relocated to South Houston and I rented the van for this move 2 days one-way. I was upset that I had to bring it all the way back downtown but it was well worth it. If I ever have to use them again I will come all the way downtown to rent. Thank you for the great customer service!!!

As of now, I am going to give you guys a one star because of the experience with the new manager, I believe his name is Christian. I’ve been at this U-Haul location for the last five months and anytime I need help with something the gentleman Fred and the lady name Sherrell I have always been very polite and helpful, but I recently met with this gentleman Cristian and was completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I don’t want to speak too much on the situation because I am concerned that he will try to retaliate. But just know that I did reference two or three other friends of mine to this U-Haul because of the good experience that I had with the other two staff members, but if the bad experience continues with new management, I will have to cancel my U-Haul and I will also have to mention this to my friends

Make sure the vehicle is up to standards before ranting it out. As for the vehicle I rented it was dirty in the cab and in the rear.. The Transmission seems like it was going Out. would not go over 40 mph. I was charged a extra $50 for cleaning fees for the vehicle. Being already dirty when I received it.

While I have had good experiences in the past, the representative today was rude, dismissive and arrogant. He could not find the reservation and when shown it - he just kept the same dismissive attitude.

He was more untested in talking to his colleagues than in working with customers.

Very pleased with the location easy to access and communication was really good. Fred was a huge help to me very nice and hardworking. Also Rudy was very helpful to me not rude and very understanding I truly appreciate this location and it was always clean.

This was by and far the best U-Haul location/any rental location I've been to. Everything was quick and easy. The fee driving tips were relevant. Everybody was professional and friendly.
