I rented a car hauler to move my car a long distance. I never hauled a car before and the trailer from U-Haul certainly made the trip easy. The fold down fender on the driver side is genius. The ratchet straps and chains are easy to use as well. If you need to move a car, I recommend renting a car hauler.

The staff are nice. I had a few problems though. For one I had my stuff in the storage for a couple months due to personal issues. Mind you I’ve NEVER had roaches in my life. I’m the cleanest person you will meet. Well there were multiple roaches in my stuff I had to bring it all home and bomb and clean everything it was so gross. Also when I rented a uhual truck the gas level didnt match the paperwork they gave me and I tried to tell them about it on the link but it said it was expired. So I called the office explained it to a lady and she said she would make note of it so I wouldn’t have to cover there mistake. I still drove the rental and I replaced the gas I did use. I woke up this morning to see I WAS CHARGED EXTRA FOR THERE MISTAKE!! I called and had to talk to the manager about the situation. Instead of them checking there notes they were so quick to go ahead and charge me. They ended up giving me the refund but still THEIR MISTAKE pulled extra out of my account and made me go negativity making me have to pay a 24.00 fee. I had money in my savings but I put in the exact amount in my checkings for this situation. I should not have went negative but once again their mistake caused this issue and no they aren’t going to refund me for it.
I will not be using them again. Very, very unprofessional.

The only complaints I could make would be the fact that I was charged for 50 miles when I only drove 35 miles, and that I was forced to purchase a specific lock in order to use a storage. When I attempted to explain that I only drove 35miles and tried to tell them exactly where I drove they stated there is nothing they can do that I need to call Tuesday with proof that I only drove 35miles.

Other than that the staff was helpful and friendly

Place is a joke. I came inside and stood there for 15 minutes and no one ever emerged . Later Danielle and Abby emerged . I could have stole all kinds of items due to their appalling sub standard customer service . I reached out to the General Manager David Hayes and he too has remained unresponsive . Do not do business here go to another U-haul .

My experience there was great.
Quick friendly service. Everything went well for me.
The pick up truck I rented was clean and had a great aircondioner on a hot day.
Pick up and return was quick and easy.

It was my first time to use a storage facility. The office employees told me they were “required to maintain a key to all my storage units in case of an emergency” and showed me the trail of other unit renters keys. It wasn’t until a few years later when I moved my items out of the storage units that I realized they were stealing me blind. My sons box of memorable baseball cards and comic books, snow boots, coats etc. This was in the early 2000s. As I was moving out, all the employees were fired and a new team of employees started. At this time, I hadn’t discovered the stolen items, but obviously someone did. CAUTION—Never give the storage unit office a copy of your keys to your units !

I have used U-Haul in multiple states over a period of 20 years and this is the location that will make me leave U-Haul forever. The continual smell of marijuana and having my unit blocked multiple times. The office staff was rude and lazy!

David the owner helped me so much! Another location didn't do the hitch service that I requested and he personally looked to it being installed and went above and beyond as a person! He is so nice and helpful. I would recommend this location
