Super easy to order everything I needed online. Arrived at 7am and the U-Haul Representative Claire was super nice, explained everything clearly and off I went. When I returned the truck 2 days later, Claire met me in the parking lot, noted that I went under mileage and issued me an credit and the dropoff was done. Again, super easy and excellent service. Highly recommend.

I rented a 10' truck from this location. The truck ran fine and was clean. I rated this as poor because the fuel level at pick up was below the amount I was told, yet I was expected to return it with the amount they told me, not the actual amount of gas in the truck. I had timestamped photos and submitted them to U-Haul (not at this specific location) and reported my concerns. I was later called by a male from the location Cherry Avenue location, who told me not to worry because I would not be charged any additional fees. When I asked about the concerns I reported, in the hopes that I would be refunded for the additional gas I put in the truck, he got very confrontational and argumentative. He would not let me speak, and he ultimately told me I had no common sense before hanging up on me. I will never use this location again, and I will be sure to tell everyone about my experience there. I felt so disrespected!

I just needed propane for my RV but the manager that day was wonderful. Apologized for the brief wait, was helpful, taught me to read the gauge, filled the tank and we were off on our first trip. Also, the wait was because it’s a tight lot and we have a Class A Motorhome (36 feet) and hard to maneuver so they had to move several of their trucks to clear the propane area.

It was perfect for me. After paying cash for a $400 BBQ at Home Depot, I was going to rent a truck to take the purchase home and BBQ SOME BEEF. MY WEBER SERVED WELL FOR 46 YEARS
SOI HAD TO BUY ANOTHER ONE RIGHT? SO THEY COULD RENT ME A TRUCK FO $20 FOR 2 HOURS!
CAN'T LOSE RIGHT? I FILLED OUT THEIR PAPERWORK AND THEIR TRUCK RENTAL PROCESS, USES A SERVICE VIA COMPUTER ID, AND IT SAID MY FACE ON MY LICENSE, AND THE INFO ON MYAPPLICATION, DIDN'T ALL MATCH. I SAID LOOK AT THE INFO WITH YOUR OWN EYES. THE YOUNG LADY SAID SHE HAS NO SAY. I SAID I KNOW THE MANAGER, GRAB HIM TO OVERIDE IT.SHE SAID WHATEVER THE SYSTEM SAYS IS FINAL. IT WAS LATE NOW! I CALLED MY LOCAL UHAUL AND THEY SAID TO HURRY SO I LEFT AND GOT THERE IN TIME TO RENT THE TRUCK, DRIVE TO HOME DEPOT, GET IT HOME, UNLOAD IT, THEN MAKE IT BACK TO UHAUL WITH 5 MINUTES TO SPARE.
IT COST ME ABOUT $14 BUCKS MORE, BUT I GOT IT DONE AND THE GUYS WERE SO COOL AND CHEERED ME UP ALONG THE WAY BECAUSE I COULDN'T BELIEVE I GOT TAKEN OUT BY AI? SO I THANKED THEM, AND AM GOING TO SURPRISE THEM WITH A LARGE PIZZA AND DRINKS CAUSE THEY WERE THE BEST IN A WEIRD SITUATION!!! I HOPE EVERYONE COULD BE SO HAPPY!

Went in person to get propane and no one was there even though it was working hours and left after 20 minutes of waiting, called today and they put me on hold immediately for almost a hour
