Recently i travelled from marthandam to Velachery, Due to one box & hand luggage ....2 driver,1 cleaner,1 ticket checker forced me to get down at Nagercoil with luggages else pay for the luggage 200 ..They didn't told anything at boarding time.
Very worst experience from this Transking travels. After reaching the name they dono how to behave with customers.

I recently traveled from Tuticorin to Chennai with Tranz King and I have to say, it was an excellent experience overall! The atmosphere inside the bus was impressive and gave me a feeling of being on a mini airplane. The personal TV screens and earphones provided for each seat were a great touch, and the unique idea of having an attender button to call for assistance like in an airplane made the journey more enjoyable. However, the attender button was not working, which was a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, the cushioning of the seats and the reclining feature were incredibly comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The frequent announcements made with a recorded voice were also very helpful. The cost of the journey was very affordable for the high-quality service provided, which was the best part of the journey. Overall, I highly recommend Tranz King to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable bus journey.

Due to some confusion I booked a ticket only for me , after that my sister need to come along with me . So, I booked a Male passanger ticket for my sister beside my berth . I know booking male ticket it's wrong but due to his security and ticket scarcity I need to did it. After that I called Tranz King head office and explain my situation gently. But the staff response I got from that side was very terrible . He spoke with unprofessional behaviour and talk unnecessary words. I got an worst response from that side and he cut the phone even I didn't end my conversation. After unsatisfied conversation I booked one extra ticket for my sister when a ticket got vacant . Even though I didn't cancel that mistaken ticket beside of me, for my comfort I leave that ticket without cancel but the staff inside the bus sale that ticket for someone for 800 rupees without my permission. I bought it for ₹1732. They saled it my ticket without even gave any compensate for me. This got very disappointment for me. Staff behaviour inside the bus was worst, he talk with me without gave any response. I asked why are u did it , his reply was we got an complaint against you for that we can able to left out of you from the bus so be silent . This was very very disappointment ride from my life . And this the last ride from ur travels .. please teach your staff good behaviour and take action against them . Thank you .

I booked bus via redbus in tranzing travels. Ticket was cancelled a day before journey. When I called to know the reason of rejection the executive was not providing a responsible reply, also renavigating myself to redbus. A customer facing executives is better to have some experience on handling customers and providing helpful answers. I will not even give a 1 rating

I boarded from Chennai to Nagercoil. Where after Kilanbakkam we were told to board another bus. Wherein the second bus haulted mid road around 4pm and they were fixing it up which again got delayed. Then at tirunelveli we were asked to board another bus. Totally worst experience with Tranzking travels..

Had a very worst experience travelling from chennai to Madhurai. Though it was an AC sleeper coach. They didn’t switch on saying that there’s some issue in AC wiring. It was very suffocating during the whole travel.
None of the amenities specified weren’t given like water bottle, no lights in the seats, tv wasn’t working.

They stage dramas as breakdown and club passengers with the empty seats in late departure buses.. absolutely zero bias by the bus employees to rectify the issue .. and absolutely no concern about passengers difficulties.. care the damn attitude

travelled from Dindigul to Chennai, bus arrived to pickpointat 45 min late to dindigul the same 45 m delay in reaching chennai also.
