Awesome service. This company has picked my dad up from Zion, il & took him to the Milwaukee VA
Never gas been late to pick him up or drop him safety back home. I call and get verification updates with NO PROBLEMS. Also, the lady who always answers is so very pleasant. Thanks ?

I was provided top notch service from what has to be your top driver. Kevin Silva was awesome in every aspect from making sure I was comfortable and safe the entire ride. I Followed one of their drivers, with a customer in back, doing a steady 85mph and tops out at 90+ on I43.... Ive got the video.... So if your loved one needs to get there FAST but your not concerned about safety, this is your company....

The drivers are very nice, I give them that. But it is 60$ for a five minute ride and back to a imaging place near my patients house. And not to mention when the appointment is all done and I call for a pick up, IT TAKES OVER AN HOUR EVERY TIME FOR THEM TO PICK US BACK UP. It is truly insane. Three times I have waited an hour and a half for a pick up. Had to call back and they “forgot” about us. Truly terrible. We are currently in the works of looking for a new driving service as this one is not worth it/worth the price. 5 of my other patients have already switched from transtar to another company.

Great service, high quality service, excellent customer care. Newer equipment, not the hand me downs that you see so many of the other companies drive. They take you door to door with the passion and courtesy that everyone should be treated with.

Noticed this company because they come down our road almost everyday...So Inquired about setting up transportation for my mom and haven't heard back. That was 3 weeks ago...thankfully it won't be needed
