Five stars all the way. What a great experience my two elderly parents had driving with the caring individuals at Transport Seniors LA. The company is responsive, professional and friendly. Our driver, Mohammed, picked my parents up on the dot of the agreed time, and safely transported my stepfather in his wheelchair, while my mother was a passenger. They arrived safely and easily at my Christmas Eve party, and then were picked up again at the designated departure time, and transported back to their retirement home. My Mom commented on how friendly and conversational Mohammed was during the drive. I am so happy I found this service, and will definitely be using them again.

The guy driving was super nice. Van was nice and clean and very safe. Got my mom home from rehab without a hitch, and helped us get her into the house even though we didn't have a wheelchair ramp. Will definitely use this service again!

I requested wheelchair van service from Transport Seniors LA for my 94 year old mother. I spoke to Mohammed, who was very professional and helpful. He was very kind and patient with my Mom and made her feel so comfortable. I will DEFINITELY use their service again if needed!

We had a great experience with the service. The service person, Mohammed personally wheeled in the wheelchair and waited until I got the transfer to United’s wheelchair. I was fresh out of a surgery and appreciated the small comforts which were provided. The van was very convenient as well since I didn’t have to get out of the wheelchair at all during the trip.
