We booked the stretch Chrysler 300 with the jet door for my son’s 10th birthday and had the best time. Steve was fantastic. He was so organized and friendly. I’m extremely happy with how smoothly it went! Highly recommend.

Excellent driver, great communication, friendly and courteous. Gave call advising delayed in traffic, called on arrival. Texted a link of his location to easily locate at the end of our event. Have used 3 different times now, will definitely use again.

They charged us twice and sent an invoice stating we still owed them. They finally had a good invoice but took 2 months to remove the double charge.

We ordered a 40 person (they now claim 35 person) vehicle, so we would have room for everyone on a long trip. Instead, they sent two much smaller vehicles with seating for 24 total without notifying us at all. We held change of clothes beneath our feet or in our lap. The 6 hour trip was quite uncomfortable.

They claimed they would make it good on Monday. Instead on Monday Jason yelled and screamed at me because we took longer to cram our party into a much smaller vehicle and told us we should not have brought items into the vehicle. I tried to tell them the air conditioning issues but had to hang up because the screaming got louder. When I presented a fair solution for the smaller vehicle; they accused me of blackmail! DO NOT USE TRANS CITY LIMO. How did they make it "right"? They did not charge us for the extra time it took us to cram into a smaller vehicle and visit the people we did not get to travel with as planned. The only silver lining to this terrible experience was that their drivers were courteous, drove well and were generally helpful; unlike the office staff.

Steve was super sigma and has W rizz. The girls had a skibidy time. He was not sus at all. He drove us around and left no crumbs. The drive was giving demure vibes. Very cutesy, very thoughtful. Would 100 reccomend no cap.....bro.

Incredible experience. On time, flexible, you name it. The Mercedes Sprinter was a dream because you could stand up and move around. Incredible sound system. Our driver was the best limo driver I have ever had (Steve R). Extremely courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable of the area. Thank you Steve R. for providing a great evening.

Steve was a fantastic driver! I hired Transcity limos for my wife’s 25th birthday and it was everything I was expecting! Very honest and trusting company and also very accommodating! Price was fair, and all of the limos or busses are top of the line! Very good customer service also and I highly recommend this company

Wonderful experience. Felt like a celebrity all day. Had privacy and yet our driver was so attentive. We even had some miscommunications on where to go and he was fantastic about reacting quickly and getting us where we needed to be safely and quickly.

I cannot stress how kind and welcoming he was enough. I loved the experience.
