I went to Tran in 2019 for a maternity dress alteration very fast great prices. Returned with another dress alteration for an upcoming wedding only to find the customer service changed and prices nearly tripled. I needed 2 inches taken off of my dress was charged $40 my mom went to another business for the same service in Lansing and was charged $12 just to remove fabric which seems more than reasonable. Will never return OVER PRICED and the elder lady was rude she used to be so welcoming and friendly. She also had no idea where she placed my dress took her 10-15min to locate it in the store. I had to show her a picture of me wearing the dress for her to remember she even had it in her possession. I think it’s time she retires maybe have one of the kids run the family business.

The worst experience ever for the first time and the last. RUDE RUDE RUDE. I thought that I can make this place my go to place when we need alterations on my close items. The first to visits were great. Well, I went there to inquire about getting my wedding dress altered.The mother pretty much called me fat, said my dress was too small and everything I asked her was a quick no,no,no. It's more to the story but I found another place and they are making my alterations to my dress and made me feel better about wearing my wedding dress. I will NEVER go there again.NEVER. I left there with tears coming down. I am and will be beautiful in my dress fat or skinny. Just RUDE
