I’d like to share my experience with you. I had an appointment for my mother yesterday., And tranquility medical transport was amazing. Our driver, Ed, was punctual and very helpful when it came to getting my mother in the vehicle with her wheelchair. Ed was very polite and compassionate. Thank you very much for providing this wonderful service. My mother was very comfortable and impressed with the experience. I highly recommend this company for special transport needs.

We have had a great experience using Tranquillity Transport for transportation services for my uncle. They are consistently punctual, professional, and reliable. Jose was our driver today. He called this morning to confirm the pick up time for
Mom's doctor's appointment. He was on time. He was courteous, friendly and professional. He attended to Mom with kindness and respect. Mom is in a wheelchair and requires a van with a ramp. Jose is a valuable asset to Tranquility Medical Transport.

My father needed transportation and I contacted Tranquility and spoke to Bronte. Very professional and courteous. The conversation was quick and she got us booked right away. They also have a system on their website that you can book and pay directly on there without needing to call. She did give us a better rate on the phone though.
We rode with them yesterday and it was great. The car was extremely clean. The driver Ed was very professional and cared about my fathers comfort and safety. Will definitely be riding with them again.

My driver Jose communicated well — texting me ahead of time regarding my pick-up time and when I was to be finished. Arrived on time for my appt. (some 15 miles away) and made it back home. Hope to get a good lift like from him again.

This morning.
The transportation arrives for my mom right on time this gentleman, I believe his name is Jose. He's the first driver I ever know to be so professional and been different i mean not asian that he managed to talk and communicate with my mom even though my mom didn't speak english at all because we are a korean family and I didn't expect Jose to communicate with my mom Because other transportations only speak english and some Spanish he save me the time to go and do the talking at the dialysis He really take good care of my mom she was so happy because of other transportation.
Are not that professional level. I hope we can keep this transportation for us because my mom felt so comfortable going to Her dialysis thank you tranquility
