Had a good experience. The receptionist helped me understand exactly what needed to be filed as paperwork. Dr.Tran is very kind and understands needs perfectly well. I would highly recommend her practice.

I love Dr. Tran and her staff so much! Dr. Tran is so intelligent, professional and caring. I call her "Little House on the Prairie doctor" because she still has that personal, family feel with the knowledge beyond any other doctor I have ever known. Her staff, especially Young, is always helpful and goes out of their way to make sure your needs are met. I highly, highly recommend.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Echoing all reviews on Yelp and Google in regard to the receptionist, Dung. She is the rudest person I've ever met in my life. Not helpful and friendly at all to any client and myself when I was there. So obnoxious, she's not even a nurse or doctor. I'll take my business somewhere else. Dr. Tran needs to train her staff or hire a new receptionist, Dung is ruining your reputation before any patient can even gets treated there.

I went to see her to get medicals for my immigration, First of all she is very expensive, she charged 1300 for two people, secondly and most importantly she is a manipulator, she tried to convince us to take all the vaccines which are not required for immigration.
She might be a good doctor, but please avoid going to her for medicals.

Advice to Dr. Phuong
Your Receptionist(the one on your answering message) is ruining your reputation because of Her lack of ability for the job, rudeness and over step Her boundaries. But, the problem is, She represent You, so if you like it as is, You will lose more Customers than You even notice, because, they never had a chance to talk to you.
Unless, She get trains correctly.
Don't take my words for it, just use your own judgement.

I called through an ASL interpreter service, explaining that I am deaf using the interpreter to talk and want to make an appointment but then she interrupted me with "This is a doctor office and do not call me!" and then hanged up on me.
