I'm a returning patient of Dr. Tran's from a few years back. She's always listened to all my problems and provided helpful care and the office staff are polite. So I'm happy to be back.

Careful with this doctor, does not listen nor follows up! my mother told her many times she had pain in the stomach that couldn't let her work at times stuck in bed. She kept saying, she was ok and that it was no reason for light duty letter nor disability. She changed doctors and after testing and referals from new doctor who actually listened, they found she had bad gallbladder and liver desease stage 3. Get second opinions/doctor if u feel something is wrong! New doctor got her answers right away.

Nice caring DO. Office staff is the reason I won't go here. They did not return multiple phone calls for appointments; calls made during normal business hours. After driving to their location, I was refused an appointment due to a balance due. I was previously told by office staff it was being taken care of, however the office would not see me without the balance paid. I called the insurance provider who sent documentation that this had been paid. Unfortunately they don't return phone calls, so I will not return.

We when there to have a check up on my wife and they treat us well, the staffs is really caring, the doctor even returned our phone call even after working hour. After a few days of our visit the staff call us back to see if my wife is taking her medication and if she's feeling better. We are very satisfied with their services.

This office has the absolute worse customer service I have ever received from a medical office. It should NOT take two weeks to correct and fax a referral to a doctor's office! The first time I called to check on the referral, the nurse had the nerve to ask ME to call the referred doctor's office and ask them for the medical codes for the insurance. REALLY?! When did I start working at Dr. Tran's office?! And to make matters worse, when I took my child to the lab for blood work that Dr. Deanna Tran requested, the lab tech said she didn't have the lab request. Again, I called Dr. Tran's office and spoke with a nurse who said, "The lab request was sent over and I have the confirmation that the fax went through." Well, that was a lie because I was standing right there and the lab tech hadn't received anything from Dr. Tran's office. I ended up going all the way across town back to Dr. Tran's office for the nurse to tell me, "Oh, I'm sorry there was an error sending the fax and it didn't go through." WOW! Lastly, whoever is answering the phone, please take a customer service course on professionalism and how to speak to people! Otherwise, you run the risk of people speaking to you in a very disrespectful manner....the same way you speak to people. I am a firm believer in once you know better, you do better. It goes without saying, I will be finding another primary doctor for my child.

Dr. Deanna Tran is not even a Medical Doctor (MD). She is an unskilled practitioner with no concern for her patients. I find that she does not seek to find out the root cause of a patient's illness, instead she shoots in the dark and plays guesswork. She writes bogus prescriptions that are unrelated to what ails and gets upset when a patient refuses to take it.
When my wife was in pain and had CT scan results that were of concern, she did not even call my wife to discuss the findings and recommend next steps.

I have never had an issue with Dr. Tran, She has always shown great care, concern, and knowledge in the medical field. She does need to follow up and speak with the front workers about the way the talk to/treat patients.
