It’s not Mara Lago

But it is an affordable place that has a central location for anyone wanting or needing to be in Trail.

The ladies that run the park are super nice and easy to deal with. There is both an easily accessible garbage bin and recycling bin on the property.

It is very quiet and peaceful. It is relatively close to the mall, Canadian tire and Walmart at Waneta. Also only 15 minute drive to USA border and 10 minutes to trip airport if you need to get to Vancouver.

The bowling alley is next door and they have excellent pizza and hot dogs for the kids.

There is a gas station basically across the street as well as a mechanic shop if anyone needs to have a vehicle looked at while on their travels.

Like I said it’s not Mara Lago, you won’t find hot tubs and swimming pools here.

But there is the Trail Aquatic Center that is down the snake hill in east Trail. A 5 minute drive from the park/motel. And there is a hot tub, sauna and pool with slide there. On most days you will find that the pool is not over packed. Some days you will have the pool to yourselves.

The river is beautiful and you can walk down the snake hill and go for an evening walk and enjoy the river views.

The RV park/ motel are clean and safe. The location is great. The prices are affordable and trail has lots to offer at cheaper rates
Than other similar BC Towns. If you have a good attitude and understand what the town offers and what it doesn’t you will have a great time here.

I wouldn't go there again. I couldn't even have a conversation with those Ladies. They asked me to go away and don't come back. Mm I never use any bad words

We stayed for a weekend while my father inlaw was in the hospital. The managers were so helpful and so kind. It may be a little on the older side but it was very clean. The grounds were well maintained also. Each room had air conditioning which was nice. I would definitely recommend this motel it's affordable and a nice place to stay. The managers are two of the most nicest people they really made our stay enjoyable during such a stressful time for our family.

Not a fair review as i was there to clean up a fallen tree from our recent wind storm. The home park looked clean, tidy and up keep seems on par, very narrow entrance between mobiles at one end though, strange?

We didn't actually stay here, we had a business dealing with one of the long term tenants in the rental spaces in the trailer park which she was very friendly and courteous...

Care taker is doing a great job. It's own little community. Love all the hard work that has been put in to the flowers and garden area!
