I dropped my package off here a couple weeks ago… found out today that the buyer received a completely different package with my shipping label on it. It seems the people here are lazy and don’t care about their jobs. Now I have to go about this myself. Don’t go to this store.

Samir and Amira are great! (Did I just combine their names? Sorry if I did that guys!) we are always met with the nicest smiles and easiest process. Zamir is dog’s best friend highlighting the locals on the wall, a reason we still continue to come to this location specifically after our permanent home was out of walking distance. I used to loathe having to get to the UPS store in NY. Philly does things differently. It’s like taking a bus 20 years back in time to the neighborly New York I was raised in. Thank you, guys!

Had a disappointing experience here. I had a UPS worker be very rude to me. I was trying to process a return, a little confused about the process, and this woman when her coworker asked a question on my behalf looked at my return and pushed it back at me. Then when I tried to ask a question he wouldn't make eye contact with me and was very matter of fact. I tried to ask her a second question and she said "I'm not arguing" I replied "I'm not arguing, I'm saying it does not say that on the paper in my hand. You don't need to have an attitude." She replied "OK whatever." so I left. Very upsetting.

The staff is incredibly rude and not helpful. Their rates are so much higher than Fed-Ex. They are much more convenient for me than Fed-Ex, but I’ll be going out of my way to avoid this location in the future.

I am waiting here for the store to open. Their website and window sign say they open at 8 am. I see other people saying that they usually are not open when they say. I'm trying to return a package through Happy Returns. Hope they don't give me a problem when someone eventually does show up.

Edit: 8:20, still no one here

Edit: Store opened around 8:23. The person who opened was quick to process my return and apologized for the wait.

I have been going to this UPS store for years. I find the staff is professional, friendly, and have ensured my packages get to me every time. Whenever there’s an issue – they have been helpful in working with me to identify what the issue was with the sender. It has made my life a lot easier because I don’t have a doorman to accept my deliveries.

I have used this location for shipping many times and never had a problem. The store is very small so due to COVID regulations, waiting outside is probable. Due to the miniature nature of this location, the “extras” for sale at at a minimum but there are a few boxes, bubble mailers, and rolls of tape available to buy. The employees work pretty fast so getting in and out fast is likely.

The employees at this UPS store are always extremely helpful and patient. Today Mya helped me return packages for one of my neighbors, who moved and has not yet updated their address. Simultaneously, a customer was being extremely rude to her, and she held her composure and handled the situation with grace. She was then able to continue assisting me without the rude interaction affecting her customer service towards me. Mya is an excellent member of the UPS team.
