The service was excellent. My refrigerator needed warranty work the freezer on my side by side was malfunctioning. The service man spent time trouble shooting. He explained everything to me before leaving to order the part. He returned when the part arrived to install. After installing the part, he tested several times, it did not correct the issue. He once again explained everything. He was honest and advised that he would contact Whirlpool advising the unit needs to be replaced. I would definitely recommend this company. He arrived when he was scheduled to arrive. Clean, neat and care.

Our service tech was on time (early) and very efficient diagnosing the problem. He was very neat and careful of the flooring when sliding the stove out. Office staff was pleasant to work with and kept me posted on tech's arrival.

Technician Andre from The Help Home Service was at my home to repair a Whirlpool Gladiator garage refrigerator. He came the first time to look at the fridge and determine the problem and what was needed to fix it. He determined two things 1) the airflow from the freezer to the refrigerator was blocked and needed to be looked at. 2) the freezer seal had come undone and needed to be replaced. He would contact Whirlpool to see if the seal could be replaced or if he needed to replace the freezer door. On a third trip (we were in no hurry) he says that Whirlpool said to place the seal where it should be and screw it in place. That seemed like an unprofessional way to do it but I said we'd give it a try. Andre said if it didn't work, they would reopen the job and re-do it. Andre was very professional and seemed to be very knowledgeable.

The technician was polite he knew the breakdown of the dryer because it didn't take long and he had the dryer fixed and running. He also explained the breakdown of the bill. Plus he is going to order a lint basket and send it to me.

Andrew is not always a text or phone call away… but the guy works late hours if it means getting your fridge or stove back up like he’s done for me. I’ll always use him over any other option

Washer broke on Sunday, called them Monday.. fixed by Saturday. Andre was the best!! Brenda kept me updated every step of the way!!! HUGE recommendation to this company… glad to see customer service is alive and well here in the Dells area!!!!
