I’ve been coming here for 3 months and every time have been greeted so warmly by Celeste at the front desk. Shanya has been doing my eyebrows each time and is extremely friendly and educates you about the waxing process to make you more comfortable. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience, everyone was quite polite, but the wax was difficult to get through (and I've been waxing for years, I know it's no cake walk, but that was unnecessarily rough. Sections were too large).

Then I had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby before they would even let me check out to pay. Said the only woman who knew the system was busy, and the other employees wouldn't accept my offer to just leave cash. This wouldn't bother me too much normally, but after the traumatic wax, and that I was already running late for dinner, it was just the icing on the cake.

The lady who did my wax was funny and helped distract me through the process! Good bedside manner! But the wax itself could have been done much better. I've never had them have to cut a section of wax off of me before, that was definitely a first.

Nice people! Could run the operation better. Better options in the area. Won't be returning.
