I was picked up at 9:30 am for an appointment at 10:15 am that was OK. I called for pickup at around 11 and did not get home until after 4:pm…. I am in an electric wheelchair, no recline nowhere to put my feet up. I have RA and a really bad back. It took me 2 days to recover.

It is not the drivers it is the people that schedule them. So far today they have changed their arrival time 3 times. It is very difficult for me to get outside to my chair, someone has to take it down a ramp. We had to come back inside. They are HEARTLESS….

I have been using this service for a while now and I love when Mr. Andres picks me up . He makes me feel so comfortable and treats me like I matter . Thank you Andres. You all need more drivers like him . The other drivers just pick you up and make the whole ride awkward no conversation.

Could not find the office where I had requested a ride back to my residence. Called me and said he was outside. I had been waiting from 11:30(my original pickup time) til 12:00 in the lobby. I walked outside, called him, told him I was out front and did not see him

Driver was holding his phone with one hand with a foreign language talk radio station all the way back to my residence and driving with one hand. Let me out at the office of the apartment community behind my community, not a long walk, but should’ve driven to the front by the steps.
On my profile, Snap is requested as my transportation provider. I have had similar negative experiences with Salute previously. Since I booked this trip only about a week before the requested trip, I guess I got stuck with Salute.
The trip to my Ophthalmologists office was uneventful. When I noticed the sign that smoking was not allowed in this vehicle, I was surprised as the car REEKED of cigarette smoke.

While waiting on my ride the driver was running late. My Dr called to see if I was close by, the driver tells me he will pick me up when done I was dropped off at 9 am and scheduled for pick up at 10:30 . I questioned him and was told he hadn't looked at his schedule yet and was told it would take him 3 hours to pick me up.Im using a manual wheelchair
When done at doctor I called the ride company and they sent another driver. While being loaded in vehicle I was not properly strapped down just given a seat belt every time we got a bump which happened almost the whole ride my wheelchair was moving and the van was shaking
Overall the staff were rude and do not recommend this company for your loved ones travelling with a wheelchair.

This is a great company. My father-in-law gets picked up sometimes a little early but it’s better to be there early than late. Never know if There’s a Share ride But he always gets his appointment on time. He’s had a bad experience with Uber because it takes him time to get out of the house to the front gate Driver just show up and takeoff they don’t give the elderly a chance to make it to the front gate. and I hear they still get paid for it. Thank you, Texas Medical, transportation for your door-to-door service and waiting for your clients to make it out of their home to make it to their appointments.

Phone number on Google listing is no good.
Driving on 1604 in converse/universal city area and one of their caravans is all over the road. Driver is texting and driving, not paying attention to the road. Swerving in and out of lanes, speeding. Doesn’t seem like a safe service. For their patients.

Followed van on to 10 west bound before he got off at woodlake parkway, vehicle traveling at 80mph+

Many drivers from the Rio Grande Valley have stated they do not have to wait for client or assist them in anyway. They usually pick-up my aunt 1 hour or 1 1/2 hour before appointment. Once, they picked her up at 6:45 am; the driver stated that the job of a driver is simply to drive the client to and from. I was furious to hear this. Did the company forget who their customers are- the elderly (most who can not move fast, hear, see, etc...). Another time she had to wait almost 3 hours to get picked up after her appointment she was waiting outside the medical facility because they were closing. The only positive thing about this company is Fernando a caring and experience driver. I have observed his interactions with my 77 year old aunt and he is very kind, considered and friendly. I always request for him to drive my aunt. However, they rarely honor my request. Instead they send drivers who are overworked, or un-willing to provide a positive customer experience. My star is for Fernando, not for TMT.

Driver went out of his way. To pick me up earlier. Because arrival time to. Hospital. Had changed the night. Before.Driver got me there right on time. I. Have ridden with him on several occasions and he's always. Reliable. Texas Medical Transportation Company is one of the best Companies anyone could choose
