Our search for a 1/2 ton towable 5th wheel brought us here a year ago. It was close to the end of a work day on Saturday & Mark took the time to explain the information contained on our pickup data plate & how to use that information to calculate what we could safely tow because 1/2 tons are not created equal.

We left with brochures of different layouts & weights. Using the online Ford towing matrix we came to realize our F150 crew cab wouldn't work. We calculated an F250 crew cab could do it, so ordered that. After it arrived at the end of summer we let Mark & Don know we were now set to continue shopping. Don contacted us with this used 5th wheel that just came in and even though we only wanted new he explained it was in new condition & offered to text some pictures. The shots convinced us so we took another drive to look at it. They let us pin on & take it for a test drive. We bought it last September. It's now May and we just came back from a week of camping. It is everything Don said and more, ideal for our retirement home away from home.

The most value we got out of this experience is Mark & Don sharing their knowledge to help us understand weight ratings and payload for safety. They were so focused on helping us buy what would work for us. Purchasing from Tee Pee RV in Camrose was well worth the multiple trips from our home in Spruce Grove.

The service at Tee Pee RV is outstanding! We have been looking for an honest, reliable and trustworthy RV repair center and we have found it. We recently purchased a 5th wheel that had some water issues, John and his team were quickly able to find the issue and fix it properly, for a reasonable cost. We also had a last minute hot water tank issue and they went out of their way to accommodate us so we could make it out to the lake for the weekend as planned. The communication is always great, they are honest and accurate with both their estimates and time frames.
Would highly recommend them for any service needs.

It was my first time having my trailer repaired. I contacted Tee Pee Trade. The person on the phone was professional and knowledgeable. She booked me an appointment. Excellent phone sense!
I brought my trailer into their shop in Camrose and was greeted quickly by John, the service fellow. He explained all that was going to be done and then came out either me to my trailer and showed me where to park.
The trailer was ready the next day and for a very reasonable price. I am so pleased with Tee Pee trade. I highly recommend them to all who have RV issues!

Recently found and purchased a used slide in camper at Tee Pee RV via internet and phone.
I live 2000 km from Camrose but still was able to make a deal with confidence thanks to Don. He answered all my questions promtly in a professional manner as did Michelle.
Once I got there they did everything you could ever ask for in a professional and friendly manner that I have not experienced at any other RV dealership before. Their friendly stuff is knowlegeble and their parts and rv store are well stocked with just about anything you possibly need to get back on the road!

I have been struggling to find an Arctic Fox specific skylight with no help from local dealers in our Province.

After numerous dealers wouldn’t even return my calls and emails I happened to call Shelly at Tee-Pee RV and she was awesome helping me by getting the part from Arctic Fox and then arranging delivery to me.

Can’t say enough about how great my customer experience was I would recommend this dealership to anyone after my very satisfying interaction.

Yes it was just a skylight that was probably more of a pain for them to order than they made but I was treated like I was buying the most expensive RV on the lot.
