I am not happy with this company right now. My child’s school has a contract with this company and my child can’t even ride the bus because of a waitlist. A waitlist? Why is there a waitlist for children to get picked up and driven to school? This is ridiculous. No one responds to the emails, no one ever answers the phone. I finally got a callback today after trying to contact someone, only for them to tell me that my child is on the waitlist. Very unprofessional. I will be taking this a step further.

My encounter with TCS Mobility was the best I've ever experienced. The office staff as well as the drivers were friendly, accomodating, courteous and very resourceful. They have exceeded my expectations and I will contact them again for future transportation needs.

Van with tag usn733 blocked the loading unloading spot for over 30 mins while she played on her phone. An ambulance had to park in a non loading zone to unload a patient. While the driver just sat in van. Very unprofessional.

The way some of your drivers drive I wouldn't be surprised if your patients aren't traumatized from the experience

It’s 88 degrees outside and the driver picks up my handicapped father and I in a van with no air conditioner. That’s horrible customer service! The driver knew the a/c didn’t work. And I’m sure the manager knew also. That van should have been placed out of service ASAP. In the south, air condition is not a luxury, it’s a necessity: especially for the elderly and disabled!
To make matters worse, after I informed management that the van didn’t have a/c, the driver proceeds to pick up another passenger.
That’s how this company treats our disabled veterans. Smh

We used this service twice, first time and last time. The driver arrived to pick up my wheelchair bound mother 45 minutes late. We called the office about five times asking where the driver was. The ladyon the phone told us the driver was stuck in traffic. When the driver finally arrived, he told us the van had broken down "again." He also told us he didn't know about his assignment until 8:30 a.m. that morning when he was to pick us up at 9:30 a.m. that same morning. The van was old, filthy inside and outside, it reeked of fumes, and the a/c didn't work. It was hot and humid that morning. The driver said he would pick us up after the funeral in another van. This van, too, was filthy inside and out. Half the floorboard on the passenger side was missing and the a/c in this van was not working either. The van sounded like it was going to choke out any second just like the first van. I was totally shocked at the condition of the vans and my mother having to miss half of her sister's visitation/funeral. I thank God the trip was only about 3 miles or I think we would have suffocated from the fumes, heat, and humidity. The only positive in this horrible experience was the nice, apologetic driver. I wouldn't recommend this service to ANYONE!!!

Most unreliable and unorganized organization ! If I could give them a zero, I would. Find someone else to transport your loved one. The office is total chaos cause they never could find my paperwork even after I called the day before to check on my reservation. The drivers will tell you they are overbooked!!!
