These people seem to be unaware of the Wisconsin law requiring the pharmacist to talk to the patient when dispensing new prescriptions. Just picked up a new script today and was not offered any counseling at all. Makes you wonder what other rules they ignore. Taking my business elsewhere next time.

I think the pharmacist is very good but the woman that answer the calls whoever she has got to be a lot friendlier it almost seems like she answered a calls and doesn't show any good emotions of being working there but the pharmacist are nice the store is nice but I think they need a better attitude of who answers the phone. In a couple times as I was in there she's not a friendly woman that's my opinion

Swan Pharmacy in Wauwatosa is special place for many reasons, and while it’s services and value are certainly different for each individual, it is a passion of mine to provide genuine feedback to places like this - good or bad.

As someone who has used both pharmacies over the years, I can say without reservation, that Swan is indeed superior to Walgreens in every single aspect - with the exception that Swan isn’t open 24 hours.

Swan fills with high quality generic drugs when the name brand is not available, and will always get a medication you might need, if it isn’t in stock to begin with.

Randy is the owner at Swan and has surrounded himself with a team that cares about your health and privacy, always taking as much time as you need on the side to discuss anything about your medications and how they impact your overall health.

While there are several pharmacists, they have added one that I believe is the best I have had in 20 years.

Adam brings a vast array of knowledge in the area of medicine, including OTC medications which he will explain and recommend if you need. He is the epitome of what a pharmacist should be and brings with him a bedside manner every doctor and pharmacist should strive for.

Swan will fill my medications as well as my family’s, for as long as they continue to operate in this unpredictable world.

I am very thankful for their presence, and don’t take it for granted.

As someone who works for a doctor, I love when our clients utilize this pharmacy. The pharmacists tend to be attentive, friendly, and easy to work with (anyone in the field knows this isn't the case everywhere!). We appreciate it enough that I'm writing a review!

I absolutely loved this place! I never would have thought I'd write a review for a pharmacy, but the whole staff was so wonderful and helpful. They had some great local products featured in the store as well. It really feels like it's part of the community. Obviously, they had all of the pharmacy features that you might need! Big fan. This is my new pharmacy, for sure.

When I moved here I was unsure about a local pharmacy, worrying they wouldn’t have the resources of a larger pharmacy. I am SO glad I chose swan serv as my pharmacy. They’re timely, very friendly and extremely helpful. Last year I was trying to get a prescription prior to leaving on a honeymoon and they went out of their way to call my insurance and get things figured out so I could have them on time (which is so above and beyond what I ever would have expected). Highly recommend!
