Honest straight shooting shop. Not trying to up sell you or sell you something you do not need. The maintenance is top notch and they will pick up your chair and bring it back after repairs. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for an electric wheel chair. So nice to deal with a reputable company.

Excellent customer service at Swan City Mobility! Just drove in from Sedgewick to get pads for crutches(no pharmacy or anywhere else sells them) the store was scheduled to be closed today, but it was not posted on Google. The owner was in the store, and quickly opened up to serve us. Made my daughter's injury a lot more comfortable. Top notch service and it is greatly appreciated 👍

The owners of this facility are first class at meeting the needs of customers . They go well beyond what is typical in retail. I know because my mom is elderly and working with a limited budget. The owner has patiently worked on her geriatric scooters frequently. They finally recommended she buy a used scooter in excellent shape for a great price, which she is very happy with.

Amazing experiences with Swan City Mobility. I’ve purchased many supplies from them. From a surgical shoe, a wedge (for my legs at night), help with finding proper supplies and attachment for my father’s c-pap machine. Plus countless other supplies. Al and Kendra are wonderful.
