Always extensive delays in delivery. I understand that they are having staff issues, but it has been years with no change or better performance.
And then my recent cabinet order was unloaded in the street. Literally, on the asphalt in the road of a residential street. Delivery was set for driver signature and a call ahead. None of that happened. It's a construction site so delivery sat in the road for 2 days. No call, no notification, no signature. And as to the damage to the order, we are being told it will take months to see replacement or refund.
FedEx and UPS both deliver to Moab. Personally I would request they deliver if SST is your only other option.

I use SST as much as I can. I wish they serviced more areas and went everywhere! The service I get from their entire team is hands down the best. Lexi always going out of her way to help us out. Thanks SST team!

I have never used SST, but yesterday (12/27/23) I was impressed by an SST driver. I saw an elderly man apparently lose some rather large pieces of wood out of the back of his pickup truck, in the middle of an intersection in Saint George. It was slowing traffic, but vehicles were just driving over and around the obstacles. The SST driver stopped his truck and assisted the man in not only clearing the obstacles from traffic, but also reloading the truck they came from. It made my day!

Had an engine delivered. It fell off the pallet, was delivered damaged and on its side. leaked oil all over my driveway.

I have used SST for many years. I have had no major issues with their service. If any problem arises my rep John is fantastic to help resolve it. I used them about everyday throughout the Midwest. I give a positive review!

Great trucking company to work with. We have had a daily pickup for many years and they have always been punctual. They take very good care of our freight helping us be headache free not worrying about filing claims.

They always call to schedule your delivery. They probably wont actually show up with your package. They have had my package for over a week and I still haven't gotten it. "we didn't have your phone number to schedule a delivery" They originally called me and confirmed my address and scheduled a 5 hour window to deliver in. I have given them my number twice.
I would recommend about any other delivery option! AVOID using them to ship anything, or anything time sensitive. For me they have stuff to repair my leaking roof, here soon they may be paying to fix a roof!

Well I ordered a grounding system from Talley on November 22, 2021 and because of thanksgiving I expected some delays. Contacted Talley and they tried to blame it on the drop-shipment from the manufacture. After talking to the manufacture they had shipped it by Estes Trucking out of California and It arrived on SST dock on the 4th of December. Now it is only one day to ship from Salt Lake City to Vernal Utah but it sat on the dock for 4 days. I call and talked to the SST shipping department about the delay and explained to them we are trying to install this vertical grounding rod before it turns cold and snows. They said it would ship today, that was the 8th of December. My crew went to pick up the product, about 500 pounds worth, on the ninth and they said it had not arrived on the first truck check back, It did not arrive on the second truck maybe tomorrow. So I called Talley and said this is it, get it to me tomorrow or I cancel the order and I will order it from some one who gives a dam. Talley called back and said it was on the dock at SST in Vernal Utah that morning, they just had not checked it in or overlooked it. Let me make a suggestion. Change your name from Superior Service Transport to very poor transport service. or poor quality service, or do not give a dam service. I truly believe you do not know what superior service means. If I could have given you a minus -5 I would have.
