Le nouveau propriétaire, Andrew, est incroyablement gentil et à l'écoute. Il a été très gentil avec moi lorsque j'ai eu des problèmes avec un scooter que j'avais acheté.

Je me souviens avoir été connu pour avoir acheté un scooter chez le propriétaire précédent et qu'il m'avait vendu pour 1 500 $, qui a brisé dans seulement trois semaines. Je n'avais pas eu d'autre choix que de couper ma perte. Andrew m'a offert une petite somme d'argent pour certaines pièces et pour mes soucis, même si il n'avait pas dû le faire.

The new owner, Andrew, is amazing. Very kind, down to earth. I was conned by the previous owner for a scooter I bought. Broke down in 3 weeks after $1500 paid. Long story short, I had to cut my losses. Andrew was kind enough to offer me a bit of money for some parts and my troubles, even though he didn't have to. Great customer service!

I took my bike here last summer with a assortment of issues (from emmo manufacturing, not super Ebikes). The guys at Super Ebikes took control of the situation; communicating with the manufacturer directly and ensured my bike was compmetely overhauled at no cost to me what so ever. I can't thank them enough and I just took it out for the first time this year and it runs incredible! From the guys in the front office to especially the two gentlemen doing the repairs; 5 stars all the way around. Thank you guys for also picking up the bike with a trailer as the ignition broke a day before I was supposed to drop it off for repairs lol. You guys are amazing!

Met Andrew at the Toronto Boat Show and he was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect ATV for our little guy!

He explained in detail how the ATV operates and all the pros and cons of the different models.

We are very excited to pick it up and have lots of fun with the ATV!

The guys at Super E Bikes were great. Came in with a bunged fuse in my battery and a missing bolt on my break and they fixed it free of charge. Great experience and highly recommend them for all your E Bike needs.

If I could give bonus stars, I most certainly would!! Hats off to the boys (and lady on Tuesdays and Thursdays) down at Super E Bikes Barrie. Had a great experience from the second I walked in the door. Andrew is an awesome guy and super chill to deal with, but the salesman of the year award has to go out to Gray. Man, give that guy a raise. 👏 Above and beyond. Thanx a mill 🏍
