We hired a campervan sept 24, myself husband and 2 year old granson, we had the best time touring North of Scotland. The motorhome was fab it had everything we needed for our time away. The Park4night app was brilliant with all the info needed to explore all the free parking spots or pitches on caravan sites . Would definetly use Struans again to hire a motorhome, from picking it up the advisors explained everything very well to dropping off. Great experience had by us all.

Had a great experience from the guys at Struan a couple of weeks ago, from picking up the campervan to returning it, we hired the Adria twin, me and my wife had a fantastic week away from Perth to Glencoe, Fort William, Skye over to Harris and Lewis and back up through Applecross to Ullapool and back to Perth nearly a 1000 miles, will be back next year for the same kind of campervan.

My wife and I hired an Adria Twin SGX for 4 days. We only drove to a campsite in Inverness and stayed there for 3 nights but were impressed by: the ease of driving, the comfortable double bed, the supplied accessories and the availability of a bedding pack. Definitely recommend the company based on our experience.

Absolutely fantastic experience renting from Struans Leisure. From first contact through to picking up, everything was done in a very friendly and professional manner.

We rented a pet friendly 4 Berth Sunliving S70SC Auto for 3 nights and headed for Mull (Fidden Farm Campsite - a must visit!) via Glencoe and the excellent Invercoe site.

Becky and Sarah were incredibly responsive to naive questions posed by me, so lovely to deal with and had everything ready to roll when I came to collect.

The van itself, a 22 plate was in excellent condition, could not fault it, nor the cleanliness and the handover was excellent.

I would 100% rent from Struans again, Becky and her team are an absolute credit to the company.

Alquilamos una caravana para una semana de vacaciones en familia con Struans. Precio muy competitivo, la cogimos con solo 900 millas, casi la estrenamos, estaba súper equipada y muy limpia. Todo fue muy fácil con ellos, se encargaron del transfer al aeropuerto por un coste muy inferior a un taxi convencional. Perth es una buena opción para empezar la ruta por las Highlands. Sobretodo si no estas acostumbrado a conducir por la izquierda es muy recomendable, ya que las carreteras son mucho mas tranquilas y nada tienen que ver con la bulliciosa Edimburgo y alrededores. Te acostumbras a la conducción en un par de horas. En definitiva, experiencia mas que recomendable.

We’ve just returned from a week-long trip exploring the NC500 in an Elddis motorhome Autoquest 155, which we hired from Struans in Perth.

We had a wonderful holiday and the service we received from Pamela was first-class. Nothing was too much bother and she was even happy for us to film her going over the instructions for the heating, fridge, gas etc. Really glad we did this because we did refer back to the videos a couple of times, although, once you’ve done it, it’s really easy and you get into a wee routine with the things you need to do before you set off and when you stop.

We were also really grateful to Pamela for allowing us to pop up a week before our holiday so we could do our motorhome induction – it meant that on the day we were going on holiday that we could just pick up the motorhome, go over a things again quickly and get going!

The motorhome itself was only 2 years old and has everything you need – from crockery and cutlery to washing-up liquid and matches. The Autoquest 155 is a 4-birth with the fixed bed. It was only me and my partner and the space we had was ideal. There’s also loads of storage including under the bed, which was great for our camping chairs and windbreak.

One thing my partner found useful was the rear facing camera which acts as a rear view mirror – it made driving and parking the motorhome easy.

We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Pamela/Struans again and would definitely recommend them if you’re looking to hire a motorhome.

Thanks again Pamela for helping make our trip (and first time in a motorhome) easy. I wish everywhere provided the excellent level of customer service that you do!

We hired a 6 Berth Motorhome last week from Struans for 3 nights!

Firstly the hiring process is completely seamless with Struans made so easy by the Girls that work there!

An in depth handover is given to make sure you know how to operate everything before you go.

The Motorhome itself was like an Apartment on wheels and the one we had was brand new so absolutely no issues what so ever.

I think you would struggle to find a better service with such new vehicles at a better price.

(And they are not covered in distasteful hire signs)

We hired a Sunlight 2 berth motorhome from Struans of Perth.
Check in was simple and you are given an extensive briefing on how everything worked before you drive off.
Any questions you can phone.
We were doing the NC500 for the first time and will not be our last.

The motorhome was a lovely vehicle to drive. Comfortable seats.
Cooking and sleeping facilities excellent.
Cannot comment on shower as we were fortunate that the sites we chose had fantastic facilities.
The space within the motorhome was unbelievable. Loads of storage.
Central heating was great and at times we needed it.

NC500 was not as bad as some people make out to drive on. Single track roads have plenty passing places and you can usually see a good distance ahead. Take your time and enjoy.
You will have to get used to waving to other motorhome users as majority give you a wave when they pass.

There is a lot of stunning scenery on NC500.

I had a couple of minor issues bit Struans resolved them with no issues.
