SRS, Chris and his crew were amazing to work with! I have found my new roofing company!

I am so happy this company put their card on my front door. I sustained some roof damage from a storm last month that damaged and completely tore several rows of shingles from my 8 year old "30 Year 130 MPH guaranteed Arry's roof" and had two companies come out to quote the repair. Arry's quote was laughable at best. almost three times the quote of another well known and respected roofing company. I decided to go with company #2 (not going to name because they have been very nice) and waited over three weeks to get scheduled. Each week I would get an email apologizing for the delay promising me a phone call next Monday to be scheduled. Never Happened. While waiting, SRS apparently noticed the big blue tarp on my rood and put the note on my door to call Chris.

I called SRS in the evening on a Monday night expecting to leave a voice mail. Chris answered and told me he would be out the next day. The next day I had a quote and he even noticed some other problems with the roof that needed to be addressed, but instead of quoting me for that, sent me a link to buy the material and DIY to save money. Who does that? Chris, that's who. He could have named his price for those two repairs as well (I wouldn't know any better) but went out of his way to help me out even doing some extra repairs outside of the quote.

Two days later, on Thursday, my roof is completely repaired with the exact make, style and color of shingles and it looks beautiful. So, instead of waiting around for weeks, SRS took the call, came out and repaired the damage in three days. The price was right in the middle of the other two quotes and I feel like he did much more of a repair than the others stated in their contract.

I can add SRS to my list of trusted contractors and while I hope I don't need them again, it feels really good knowing they are just a phone call away.

FIVE STAR experience all around and I highly recommend SRS!

Our new roof is beautiful ! We couldn't be any happier with the professionalism, and the attention to every detail shown by everyone at Storm Restoration Services. I really don't remember the roof looking this good, when we had our home built, but we didn't have as good of a selection of colors from our builder. I would recommend them to anyone, and if the opportunity arrises in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. out of a 5 star rating, I would have give them a 6 **.Thank you, to everyone at Storm Restoration Services, for making our home look beautiful again!

We had a couple leaks after a recent storm. 2 neighbors highly recommended SRS and gave me Josh’s number. He was very responsive, knowledgeable and respectful. He walked us through all the processes, kept us informed along the way. The install crew worked very fast, and the supervisor was engaging, explaining everything. After the work was done, the roof looks great and they cleaned up extremely well. 5 stars.

Throughout the entire process in working with Chris Lawless (PM/Sales) and Julie B (office contact) , Storm Restoration Services was highly knowledgeable and professional. Working with Chris was a pleasure starting from our initial site walk to his working with our insurance company during the adjuster's survey of our roof to the completion of the new roof going on - all 100%. The new roof was completed in under 2 days from start to finish and the crew was respectful of the property and cleanup was superb. Their crew works VERY hard. We could not have asked for a better experience and have already referred SRS to 3 of our neighbors for their new roofs. I would recommend SRS to friends and family without hesitation.

Just had my roof replaced yesterday by SRS and I am very, very pleased with the new roof. The crew and Matt the supervisor did an excellent job. They finished the job in one day...very impressive. Matt is very knowledgeable, very helpful, professional and went an extra mile to make the homeowner satisfied and happy with the finished job.
