My salesman in hindsight was not worthy of my time or commission. I reached out not even a year later and he for the most part laughed at me and told me to buy a $60k truck. Then two years after I bought my vehicle, that I have taken perfect care of, they offered me an absolutely comical amount for it. Sold it to me for just shy of $40k then offered me $6k on a trade in. The market value on trade in started higher at the bottom end. I had realistic expectations. Zero loyalty. Just be very careful to not get handcuffed. When I asked for help I was getting messages back about once every 3 or 4 business days. Certainly didn't feel important once they got their money. I'd peruse elsewhere if considering a pleasurable used buying experience. If you want to feel like anything more than swindled by a car salesman once you drive off the lot. Happy shopping!

Had 4 vehs to see last week but never had to go further than the first at Stop 23! Carter Garvie was excellent to deal with. Happy with our trade in final value. This is my second car that I have purchased through Stop 23. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is interested in obtaining a vehicle. Chad Werth, whom I first met in 2020 and now again last week is amazing. Honest, extremely patient and knowledgeable. I looked at a few SUV’s various price ranges and he gave me his honest opinion as to which one was a good fit for me. Do not hesitate to go to Stop 23!!

My family and I were looking at a used vehicle here recently, possibly looking to do a trade in with our current vehicle. The sales person was rude, unprofessional and clearly did not want our business. We will be sure to share our experience with family and friends.

I think it's better to do business with bigger dealerships such as Wilson's in Guelph anyways. There customer service is incredible.
