I'm grateful to be a part of a family that does what we do, I know every body go above and beyond to please and make sure our short-term friends and family's (Patients), are well satisfied and thankful they choose us to ride with for what ever reason it may be. I wanna say thank you to all my coworkers who has come out to my house ? and picked my uncle up, GAGE, KUNTA, GRADY, CHRIS.P ,CHRIS.O and I know it's others just can't remember their names, but every one deserves the acknowledgement thank you all ,because with out this family I probably would be still putting him in the car to make sure he makes it to dialysis. Dispatch keep up the great work and everyone lets just continue to grow as a family and stronger team 2025 is on the horizon and we will prevail. Stellar was contacted through hospice St. Francis to bring my father home from a rehab center. Victor was amazing, awesome and the most important thing of all, patient with my father whom has dementia. Victor treated my father with care and was very gentle with him. Victor is a huge blessing and I appreciate all that he did. Great man. God bless Victor.

The c/s attention provided by Ms unique was fantastic..very professional,patient and understanding. She explained in detail what to expect from the company's services. Being a wheel bound patient with a lot of anxiety issues she was able to walk me thru on how comfortable n smooth my travels will be. Surely an asset to the company..

Jim and the young lady from Stellar who came to bring my father in law home from the hospital last night were disrespectful and unprofessional. We were in Orlando on the way home when my mother In-law called and asked how far we are and how long will it take to get home. We said 10 minutes. Jim said we have an emergency can you come in 5 minutes, which was crazy to me because how could we come faster then what the speed limit allows. So we made it in about 7 minutes and when we got here my husband was going to assist them putting him in the bed. I asked so what would you have done if we didn’t come home. Jim said we are not allowed to pick up patients. I said that’s crazy because we have used you before and they did it. He said well call the office and tell them because they would be fired for doing that. I said okay great I will in the morning. He said great my name is Jim, and she proceeded to give her name, she then said we would call the ambulance and I said for ? She said like I said we would call the ambulance. She then proceeded to continue to go back and forth with me and said we are doing you a FAVOR. I said actually you ain’t doing me a favor. They got upset and put my father in law on the COUCH. They were still talking as they were doing this and as they were walking out I said bye have a great night she said I am not saying bye to you. Jim then says you need to check your attitude, I said you too. I then closed my door. I am a business owner and if they were my employees they would be fired for talking to a client like that. Stellar normally does great service very disappointing.

Steller transportation is wonderful. Today the driver Kristy was amazing. She was very kind. She did not rush and took her time with the patient to explain what she was doing. Her professionalism goes above and beyond. Thanks Kristy for being awesome
