State To State Moving and Auto Transport assisted us with a relocation within Los Angeles. They showed up on time and put in a lot of effort to transport all our furniture and personal items. This included our piano, which required careful handling to bring down the stairs and onto the truck. They skillfully dismantled all our furniture, wrapped it in thick blankets for protection, and then professionally reassembled everything at our new location. The team was friendly and communication was a breeze, especially when directing them on where to place items. One particular worker even helped us disassemble and dispose of a box spring we didn't need anymore. They stayed true to their initial promises and there was no game playing or needless prolongation of work. In the past, we had a disappointing encounter with a different moving company and were apprehensive about going through such an experience again. However, State To State Moving and Auto Transport reinstated our trust that there are still sincere, honest, and diligent professionals out there. We would recommend them without any reservations to our friends, family, and anyone who needs trustworthy movers. We would not hesitate to reach out to them again if necessary. I've employed the services of this moving and storage company thrice, and they've always exceeded my expectations! Each experience seems to outdo the last one. The team, led by their extremely professional supervisor, consistently go the extra mile to deliver top-notch customer service. What initially appeared to be a job for two movers over four hours transformed into a three-mover task spanning two days! The supervisor ensured every item was safely relocated either to our storage unit or our new home. I suspect he had his office staff ingeniously rearrange schedules to ensure our move was completed accurately and efficiently without any compromise. He was upfront about the costs and kept us informed if we were nearing the quoted price. The trio of movers were always gracious, even if we requested them to relocate an item we'd initially placed incorrectly. They handled all our possessions with great care. There was an unrelated incident where my father injured himself and had to be rushed for medical attention. The supervisor had his team follow up with us the next day to check on his condition. His honest and respectful approach to business is admirable, and I would strongly endorse his services to all!

I was thoroughly impressed with the moving company I used. They were very involved in the process, making phone calls, visiting my home to provide an in-person estimate for a complex interstate move, answering all my questions, and ensuring that everything was planned out smoothly. Their responses were always clear and prompt. Then came the actual moving day. The entire team, headed by a group of diligent workers, put in a lot of effort. They were all efficient and cautious, considerate and courteous. They loaded all the items on a particularly hot day without a word of complaint. It was a challenging task as both household items and a substantial amount of studio equipment had to be packed into the truck. They drove to Los Angeles the following day and unloaded everything just as happily and carefully the day after. Nothing was broken or damaged, and everything was placed where it needed to be, allowing me to unpack at my own pace. I've made four significant cross-country moves and have always had positive experiences. This moving company lived up to the good luck, and I chose them based on their positive reviews. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone needing moving services in, around, to or from the Los Angeles area. I cannot thank them enough for the fantastic job they did!

I reached out to a number of movers to relocate a huge safe in my home that was left behind by the prior occupant. Every company I called declined the task when I explained the gigantic size and weight of the safe. However, when I contacted State To State Moving and Auto Transport and detailed the dimensions and heft of the safe, they promptly showed up at my home at the scheduled time to start the operation the very next day. Initially, the four technicians who arrived seemed unable to manage the task. However, the owner, demonstrating impressive dedication, quickly arranged for two additional workers to join the team. His assurance to me was, 'We pledged to shift this, and we definitely will!' I was initially skeptical, but his confidence and positive attitude greatly boosted my spirits. After a few hours, they successfully accomplished the task. Words fail to express my gratitude for their timely service, professionalism, and the final result. For any moving needs, I would highly recommend this team of experts.

They offer competitive prices, their efficiency and organization is top-notch, and their customer service is incredible! I recently relocated and during the planning phase, the technician was able to discuss a few scenarios with my assistant and provided clear and transparent pricing and options. Although they don't undertake cross-country relocations, they provided a fantastic price on their storage units. The technician was very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed prior to my move. My moving truck arrived early, which is a rare occurrence! Panic started to set in as I was still on the road. I pulled over to call the customer service rep. There was a minor hiccup as the truck didn't have all my paperwork and the driver's cell phone had died. But, the customer service rep was extremely helpful! He coordinated over the phone to ensure the movers had my paperwork and everything they needed. His friendly and calm demeanor instilled confidence that everything was being handled with the utmost attention to detail. Upon my arrival and when I needed to retrieve a few items from my storage boxes, the entire team was there to assist me in retrieving my bicycle and a few small items. Each member of the team is professional and friendly. I've found my go-to movers, I won't be using any other service!

i can't express enough how satisfied i am with the service from state to state moving and auto transport. If it were possible to give them 10 stars, i definitely would, and even that wouldn't be enough. I've relocated numerous times and have dealt with both good and bad movers. But these guys are simply AMAZING! They provide precise estimates and pay extra attention to the handling of items. Not only do they wrap furniture in moving blankets to prevent damage, but they are extremely meticulous in their wrapping and handling process. Every single aspect of the move was absolutely top-notch, with an impressive level of professionalism and attention to detail. The technicians on the truck were all seasoned, knowledgeable workers, not just temporary laborers who lack understanding of how to execute a professional move, unlike other services I've encountered. The fact that someone would willingly stick around for 10 or 20 years speaks volumes about them. If you're in los angeles and need moving services, don't even think about engaging any other company!
