I have encountered these "security" people in a few government operated business.

They appear to be untrained and under qualified people in button up shirts. They text, have person phone conversations, use inappropriate language, and treat every customer like they're guilty of something.

Lording the power of whatever door they are opening and closing for people with attitude.

I don't understand what being disrespected has to do with keeping us safe.

If this had not happened on multiple days,at different locations, with different security personnel. I would not taken the time to post this review.

I'm disgusted at this point and look to give feedback for potential future customers.

One of their security officers who worked at Penndot in West Oak Lane didn't give me a driver's license application cause I'm white.This woman is a RACIST and very unprofessional!Penndot called my number and another lady asked me"Why I didn't fill out an application"I said "Because the guard said I didn't need one"When to the guard and asked why should wouldn't answer.I asked for her for her name and she YELLED"I don't have to give you my NAME....I don't work for PENNDOT"So I called corporate and reported for racial discrimination.DO not use this company the hire RUDE,RACIST people!

Terrible company took them a month to do my direct deposit and when it was finally done I was never told just had to wait until I got check receipt in the mail......not too mention long hours of standing up with very little pay.
