I recently took my son, who has a disability, to see Dr. Shah,, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the care and compassion we received. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel welcomed and understood.

Dr. Shah, showed incredible patience, taking the time to connect with my son and ensure he felt comfortable every step of the way. She explained everything in a way that was clear and reassuring, and it was evident that she genuinely cared about my son’s experience.

It’s rare to find a dentist with the skill, kindness, and empathy to make a potentially challenging visit feel so positive. My son left smiling, and as a parent, that means everything.

If you’re looking for a dentist who truly understands and accommodates the needs of children with disabilities, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr.Shah We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Dental treatment was carried with kindness, efficiency, explanations, on time and seems, a day later, to have solved the dental problems I was aware of.

As well a being a professional colleague, I am a long-term friend of Charlotte Stilwell (from her qualification in Copenhagen in 1983) and have maintained my confidence in her as a conscientious and increasingly experienced practitioner. I do not think she will have treated any of her patients with less skill and consideration than she has shown me over many years as her patient. I imagine that all her patients will miss having her as their dentist, when she retires from 'wet-fingered dentistry'.

Charlotte's Romanian dental nurse on this occasion seemed to work quietly with exemplary efficiency and was one of the best 'saliva aspirators' I have ever experienced. A great asset to the practice.

I had rather worrying complex dentistry. I need not have feared being in the expert hands of Professor Shahdad. Professor Shahdad is clearly the leading Professor of Dentistry in the UK, he kept me informed every step of the process and with his and Dr Myint's expertise I am now out the other side of the complex treatment. They have an excellent professional team assisting them. I am so grateful to have been under their care and cannot recommend them more highly.

I was a very nervous patient when I went to Specialist Dental Services as I had major issues. However, from the very first email, I was reassured and treated with great empathy. The work I have had done has transformed my confidence and the work involved, although extensive, was done without any pain, either at the time or any pain, bruising or swelling after the major treatment. I am amazed that this was possible. In particular, Dr Isabella Rocchietta, was absolutely wonderful - reassuring, kind and absolutely professional, while Dr Michael Myint has been excellent, taking time to explain options and outcomes, always thoughtful, utterly professional and very kind. However, everyone I have dealt with at SDS has been excellent. I recommend them highly and encourage anyone, whatever their issue, to send an email and sort out their dental problems. I am a very happy patient and cannot find one part of my experience that I could fault.

Dr Mynte is simply the best at explaining each step of the procedure and putting you at ease. I felt no pain and he was so gentle with me during the whole process, was open, honest and transparent throughout beginning to end.
