Great expediting company. I worked with Antonio to clear out three violations, an open permit, and a lien from a property here in Brooklyn. We use Sol to help us close out old open permits & remove ancient violations on or property. Geo & her team did an incredible job strategizing and following up with DOB and HPD.

Our open permits were 12 years old and inactive. The DOB had lost the approved plans, the architect on record was uncooperative, the plumber on record had passed. . . just a few of the problems Geo had to solve to get everything closed.

Throughout, the team was incredibly responsive. I got frequent status updates and estimates of how much longer things would take. Every phone call or email was returned in less than a day.

Strongly, strongly recommend these guys.
