Bobby is absolutely fantastic. Was very knowledgeable and honest when assisting me finance a car for the first time. Helped me every step of the way and wasn’t pushy the entire process. Would highly recommend Smart Wheels especially Bobby if you are in search of a car.

Bobby is very personal friendly. I requested in the deal for full service and all fluid changed. He came back said the mechanic will check. If it needs done they will be done. I paid full asking price. He told me later that the oil was changed but everything else was fine. Noticed that there was no oil change sticker in the window. Oil wasnt super clean. Other fluids were used dirty. AND both cabin filter and air filter were extremly dirty.
What good is it that the mechanic cant follow the salesmans instructions. Going to change the other fluids on my dîme. No trust that the mechanic did any of the service. Hope MGT re trains mechanic to understand the importance of servicing à car correctly. Very discourging as I requested that in the deal. Gave them full pop for no reason. Dont think i will be back. Trust issues

I purchased a 2018 Nisan Versa,
The staff were amazing. Nor pushy. They were honest and forth coming. They had a slight problem with changing the ownership registration over to me. It took a week to sort out. Now things happen. Its how they deal with it. They were great with communicating the progress, they set me up in car from the lot, while they sorted out the problem. They delivered the curtesy car. When mine was ready, they delivered my vehicle and picked up the curtesy car.
They also compensated me for my trouble. GREAT JOB GUYS !!!!!
