Had some issues when I first bought my van from Smart Cars and Russ gave me a brand new sprinter van as a loaner until my vehicle was fixed. It’s been almost 5 years and I’ve never had any problems with my van since then so I’m very happy!

Other companies will not fix your vehicle once you drive it off the lot, let alone provide you with a loaner vehicle so you can continue to work daily.

Personally I’ve had great customer service from Russ, he’s a man of his words and I highly recommend!!

It’s my opinion, please do your due diligence: Extremely pushy sales tactics, the owner used to call me numerous times throughout day when I asked I need time to think, hiding the carfax details until very end with structural damage. Since, I didn’t understand what it meant, he and his auto sales people justified structural damage has no impact on price of the vehicle or resale value of vehicle. Be cautious with friendly nature of the owner because it’s a mask behind selling damaged vehicle which hold no value after you sign the agreement. Take the car fax report firstly, then have your own mechanic inspect it and don’t sign paperwork until van is ready because you’ll get van with servere dings all over and faulty stuff on dashboard. Resale value of these vans is $0, so buy carefully because no dealership buys it back in case you need to sell.
Getting loan through his dealership and at best rate is a big plus if you are an immigrant
