He was one of the most thoughtful and helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Any issues big or small, he handled it with professionalism and a friendly face. Michael deserves amazing recognition for such a great job. It was amazing having Servpro work on our house. 10/10 would recommend.

They made it out to our home in Van Buren on a Saturday afternoon with all the intentions in the world to assure us that everything was going to be okay. I can’t express how amazing Tracey, and Rebecca were when they came and packed out or personal belongings. They treated our home as if it were their own. Thanks so much to Elijah and Vicki! They removed some old carpet for us, and really cleaned up everything well. They even taped everything off to make sure all the dust that was kicked up during the removal didn’t get into the rest of the house. Everything was vacuumed up and it’s perfectly ready for us to install our new floors. Elijah and Vicki were kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend them!

I just want to say thank you to Tracy and her team for working tirelessly at my house. We, a family of 11, and have lived in our house over 13 years. You can only imagine the materials, gadgets and books we have accumulated before the fire. We also homeschool and homestead in a way and do many activities. So our garage was packed with all sorts of things. With that said, the things that Tracy and Ron had to do were a major undertaking. They were so kind and generous with their time. Going through all the items with sensitivity. They were easy-going, understanding and communicated well to me and my husband. They went above and beyond explaining as they work.
Thank you Rebecca, Victoria, Maria and Hubert! You all have made our lives lighter and the process of losing our home, and belongings more bearable and peaceful. I cannot imagine going through my house cleaning up our burned and smoked things in a short time as you did, let alone keep a steadfast heart. Thank you SERVEPRO. You really do serve.

My wife and I experienced a massive water leak in our house this morning due to a plumbing oversight. Within an hour of being notified, ServPro had a team onsite at our residence. Getty and John were professional, courteous, answered all our questions about the process of cleanup, including showing and demonstrating the various devices they used throughout the day, and worked non-stop for nearly eight (8) hours moving the washer, dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher in order to remove wet drywall, baseboards, and vinyl flooring that had been damaged.

Before leaving, they set up several fans, and one dehumidifier, in the garage, pantry, and kitchen to ensure the area would be dry before installation of new flooring, drywall, and baseboards in a few days. Getty and John also explained ServPro's efforts for the next few days to ensure we were not being abandoned, before picking up all their tools, equipment, materials, and trash.

I would be remiss if I did not mention that Mike, their supervisor, arrived on scene after the work had started. Using his expertise and knowledge, Mike made recommendations to us for the way ahead regarding getting the insurance claim, getting the job completed to our satisfaction, and saving us money in the process. His stand on doing the job right the first time, verbally and watching the crew working tirelessly, helped allay any fears and uncertainty.

I would strongly recommend ServPro, as well as Mike, Getty and John if anyone ever needs their services.

I can’t shout enough praise for Savannah Mcgriff & her team made up of Tracy, Felix, Rocio, Huibert, & Adonis (just to name a few). They attacked my tornado damaged building in Downtown Rogers like a bunch of Navy Seals!!! Their attention to detail, speed & thoroughness was incredible. Savannah communicated with me daily (unsolicited) keeping me updated on status & timing.
