I am beyond impressed with Servpro and Jenna Hiebner and her team. Our basement flooded, while my husband was traveling and I was extremely overwhelmed. Jenna and her team were here within hours of the flooding and went right into action. She explained, in detail, every step they were doing and what I should expect for the next days ahead. They were beyond respectful, knowledgeable, kind and caring. They truly had compassion for me and our situation and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. 10/10 for this team. I was incredibly pleased with Servpro after cold calling them in a moment of panic (on a Saturday no less) with three house guests and a flooded guest bedroom.
Dave V. arrived promptly and was extremely knowledgeable and professional in how he handled the situation, explaining the whole process to me. He had Jenna Hiebner and her team on site within a few hours. Jenna kept me abreast of her ETA and took control of the situation upon her arrival. She also was very knowledgeable and confident in her abilities to make things right which was exactly what the situation called for. We had moved some furniture out but she and her partner got out the big piece of furniture that needed to be moved and came back for a brief visit the next two days until everything was dry and under control. She took all necessary picture and between she and Dave, communicated with my insurance company making the whole thing as smooth as could be for me. My insurance company was satisfied with their report! HIGHLY recommend them both!

I had a pipe break in my basement over the holiday and through a referral by my insurance agent, I called Servpro of Edina and Eden Prairie. Dave came out that day to access the situation and had a crew onsite 3 days later. During this time an asbestos test had to be done. Jenna and her crew did a good job getting the basement dry and was always in consistent communication. I will say that their has been a delay in getting a quote from Servpro on restoring the basement which has been frustrating, Jenna always took the time to answer questions I had and was very professional.
