We really appreciated Servepro coming and cleaning our carpets and couches! They did a fantastic job. The gentlemen were very friendly, helped move all the furniture, and explained the whole process along the way. They were great with my dog and children running around. Very polite and friendly. Servepro was very quick to schedule us in. The carpets looked brand new, all the old stains were removed and the couches were nice and clean (no prior stains on couches). Everything smelled amazing afterwards and took a couple of hours to dry out. Would highly recommend them again.

Finished basement flooded. Servpro came promptly and efficiently removed the water, flooring, parts of the wallboard, and got the area totally dried out. After the insurance was worked out Servpro returned and repaired the damage. Everyone was professional and I am pleased with the results. Several service calls were needed for both the cleanup and repairs. Appointments were always agreed upon in advance and I received a call prior to each service date to let me know they were en route. Special kudos to Sean who headed up the repair process.

They charged my mom $2500 to "clean" an empty 800 sq ft house. The employees were very nice. However, the work was incomplete, not done at all, or inadequate. I had to clean (what they already cleaned), appliances, cubords, windows, ect. I cleaned for hours every day for a few days after they already did it. There was still old mouse droppings in the cupboards. Sticky spills in the cupboards. Grease and old food on the appliances. We have pictures to prove everything. My mom spoke to the manager. Gave him the pictures and he gave her a 10% discount. Seriously!!! Do not use this company if you want your house clean. It's a waste of your money!! I will never recommend and will discourage others from using this company!! Ridiculous! Edit: It was scheduled for 1 day of cleaning, we allowed them back in a 2nd day because they weren't done the 1st day.

I wish I could rate my service a 10. Matthew and the guy with him (I forgot his name). My basement was a mess from a sewer line breakage. I never thought my basement would be that clean again. You were absolutely amazing and even made me smile when I saw your results. Very reasonably priced as well.

I am taking the time to let people know that if you are considering using the SERVPRO team of Clinton and of Sterling you will get exceptional service! This team is on the ball and the employees that work there are so professional.

We had to deal with a water leak from the condo above us and was recommended that we use the SERVPRO of Clinton over the other SERVPRO dealers that were also in our area. I am so glad we did. After our initial call we had employees onsite with equipment that was already starting to dry out our ceiling within about 6 hours. The team came back every day to check the moisture in our ceiling. They explained how everything worked and what our expected drying time will be. They nailed it. Everything turned out the way they thought things would.

After the drying was complete, we had a great painter come out and repaint our ceiling. Another great experience as the painter was very polite and professional. The paint job was right on the money, and everything matched up as he said it would. When the team was finished everything looked as nothing had happened.

I highly recommend this team if you are needing the type of service they provide. You won't be disappointed.
