I had a 60 foot tree fall through my house in June during a wind storm. My insurance said to call Serv Pro. The mitigation team was out that night removing the tree and securing my home. I decided to have Serv pro do the rebuild. Dave, Eli, Dylan and Lalo were amazing from start to finish. They worked with me and my insurance to restore my home. I moved back today and my house is beautiful, everything was rebuilt and fixed. They were efficient and were always there to answer a lot of questions and any concerns I had.
If I could give Servpro and this team a million stars, I would!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to this Servpro team for restoring my home to safety!

Maria Salazar and her team did an outstanding job on my floors and bathrooms! I have many cats, and my house was suffering from severe neglect.They even went beyond in some areas: They swept the front porch and cleaned the bottom of the front door; they cleaned the floor of the pantry; they wiped down the kitchen counters—well, I keep finding other touches they made.
Even though I'm not a good housekeeper, I'm very picky about work I hire other people to do, and this is by far the best job anyone has ever done. I'm so impressed that I'm having them come back and clean everything above the floors!

Mary Mann here from Cloverdale Indiana. I would definitely 100% recommend serve pro from Bloomington. The carpet they cleaned looks brand new. They were courteous they were on time they were pleasant. They came and did what they said they would do and they left. It’s very affordable trust your carpet needs to.

Horrible experience with Servepro. Basically everything they did had to be redone including the siding, carpet, wiring, part of roofing during storm damage restoration. The crew that worked on my house was nice enough but must have been fairly new and were left unsupervised to do many things wrong. It was unnecessarily stressful and obviously took longer because of having to redo most of the job over and now I still have to wait out the winter to see if the siding that was installed improperly (too tight) will bulge or be alright in the spring!! Who needs that’s stress? Nails and screws were left on the grown one of which punctured my tire and had to be replaced. Never again will I use Servepro!

I would 100% recommend SERVPRO!! Cory set me at ease from the very beginning. Tyson kept me updated every day during the mitigation process and I'll never be able to thank him enough for his compassion during the most stressful part. Lori was so sweet and even brought treats for my dog every day! Daron was so friendly and professional. SERVPRO has an amazing team and should be proud of them all!
